Cinema: "Get reward" button hiding

Not long ago I think there was a small technical change in the cinema, because a new message "One moment please..." shows up before a video loads. After that I didn't get any point from movies like this:



It took me some time to realize that the "Get reward" button has actually gone into hiding. Scroll down using the bar to the right, it will appear at the bottom of your screen and you can get your points. I think the video is not displayed as intended and that is why this is happening.

Thanks Mir! Unfortunately, I had one yesterday (I think it was Spanish) that repeated often on both farms. There was no 'get reward' button. I just had to close it, get no points, and try again. Eventually, I received the pop up message there was no more videos available.
It just takes patience (hard I know!) but some days are better than others. Some days are long ads and others are short clips (30 seconds). Still, it does all add up...

 

Yes, I have also had videos not giving points. But then it has usually been a specific video, and after a few tries I just close the cinema when I see it. But suddenly almost none of the videos (different ones) were giving points, which was very frustrating. After a couple of days I discovered that there was in fact a button hiding. When I just found it, everything was okay again.

I just thought I would post it in case this is happening to someone else too. Apart from that I agree that we just have too be patient

 

There are a number of videos that do not have the get reward button, unfortunately. This morning it's the ADHD and the soft drinks are bad for you. BTW, you can go back almost immediately after you see the "No videos available" and sometimes get a video. Doesn't mean that it will be a new one, but many times it is.

Only the survey has given points recently. It's not the 'Get Reward' button hiding. It's visible, yet never turns green. I'm down to ten BB's because no movies have given reward in the last month or more. If any gave rewards I might be tempted to try a hundred a day while waiting for things to grow. But, there's no point if there's no reward. Therefore, no mystery stables or trees, just nothing. At level 90 there should be more opportunities for free BB's. We've stuck around this long and should be rewarded, through more than just movies, but shouldn't be jerked around by them either. I've had many high level neighbors leave recently. I'm sure there are many reasons why.
