I am still working on stage one, but wouldn't have a chance of completing it without the tips and stragegies shared here. In the mean time I dropped by the supply store and puchased the recipe for CAC for 50% off - seems like a very good deal with the recent challenges we are having, and the cost of buying in the market. I remember how useful your tips were and I'm in need of advice on this quest - Totally lost and perplexed

 

I need only 1800EP's for the first step and have 9 more hours to go. Finished all the sneezewort and need only 1000 glitterpoppys. So, I can relax a little. The drops should be okay (almost half).

 

Step 3 complete! I need lots more poppys now!

 

gggg, this very thread is full of great advice on how to approach this event. But, if digging through the 16 pages makes you cross-eyed, I highly recommend visiting a thread that CJAT created, where she provides an un-official FAQ, others contributions are there too, and she references specifically which posts over here might be of the most help. It's the only way I even attempted this one. I'm sorry I don't know how to properly create a shortcut to it, but it's in Game Related Chit Chat and it's called "A tentative FAQ for Comic Event VI".

Prepped for step one last night and harvested this morning (after starting the timer) very carefully following all of your directions and strategies, received 57,964 EP on the first harvest.

Should be done soon and will be all set on the sneezewort side, with hopefully just a few more harvests of glitter poppies today and possibly, tomorrow. Drops are currently at 508 light strings. I think for growing just event crop so far, that is okay. I haven't run the numbers yet. As I finish up I will switch to something else that is a little more robust for drops.

 

Well I totally blew the 1st step lol didn't get anything
Now problem is the light strings am on pg 3 and need 300 I have 3 lol think I'm not going to make anymore levels lol

 

Well, I ripped up my fields chucked down comforts and planted poppies nuked with sg and suzy overnight, activated em, zab and carrot bread plus 6 owls, 1 crow and one unicorn and harvest this morning gave around 59000xp . So step 1 now done, since I was fortunate not to get glitched. Now working on step 3. Wish we could build more workshops, so bored of waiting!

Well they appear to have run the script as I have just been credited for level 1, here's hoping the rest of the event goes smoothly. Hope everyone else who got the glitch got credited too.

 

I know I had harvest enough EP before my 24 hr end. But timer disappear make
me nervous & worry about that.

I've got my rewards as there was a glitch - So I didn't blow step 1 after all

,Big Thank you to those helping me out I now have 33 light strings out of the 300 but still need to do more harvest so hopefully get more.
I managed to get the disguise store not realising will need a racoon lol so can't use that.

 

For now, you should be able to purchase raccoons in the market. If you complete step 3, you might just get a raccoon pen from the secret stable you win. And there is always the next Gift and Trade event if you still need one. If you need light strings, there is an SOS thread you can list your farm name in for others to gift you some.

ups, I missed a 0 when I wrote my last post. 10.000 of the glitter Poppys. Still, it will be fine.

 

I was wondering how I myself need 8.500 glitter poppies and 1.500 sneezewort, should be no problem

 

Let's hope the drops keep coming

 

Just need about 7500 Glitter Poppies, I think. Waiting on sails for 4 and need almost all drops for 5, have less than 100 after 3.
