I see no problem

I don't understand why this is labeled as a problem. We know from before how the other buffs and refinements interact:

For roses:
Super grow effectiveness basic: 50%
The rune adds 10%, so: 60%
White innocence adds 10%, so: 70%
Fruit cake adds 5%, so 75%
Duo fertilzer love increase effectiveness with 9%, so 75%*1,09= 82%
Super grow love increase effectiveness with 20%, so 87%*1,2 = 98%
That this calculation is correct has been observed by applying the boosted super grow to roses.

The new cloud row is supposed to add 5% to the effectiveness of super grow, so for roses with refinement it should be:
(50%+10%+5%+10%+5%)*1,09*1,2= 80%*1,09*1,2=104%
Meaning the roses should finish directly.

If there is a problem, and this was not intended, the only problem I can see, is that it wasn't well thought through on beforehand.

This fact is very well known and that exactly is the problem, and it is why the announcement mentions that we don't know if it will be changed or not in the next days, since we don't know if the Game Team intended this buff like this, or not. As soon as we have an update, we will post the clarification received.
