Have you seen? It seems we can already start producing the flour in the mills.
If I'm not completely wrong, the milling time is 40 hours.

Thanks for the summary villager. ;)

Yes, complete milling time is 40h, but in the announcement it is clearly stated that flour is available on purpose. So, we can have some head-start.
By the number of Anice, this looks quite doable.
Btw, sorghum is alredy sold-out. xD

Yes, 40 hours without super mill rune.
36 hours with super mill rune unlocked.
    20 hours with mill subscription.
16 hours with mill subscription + super mill rune unlocked.

There is nothing to worry about with this event, if you have enough of all the requirements needed before the event started. CAC required each time to harvest!

You're not wrong, Dienstag. It's 40 hs without the rune (2400 minutes), 36 hours with the rune, and 16 hours if you have both the rune and Mill Subscription hired (SillyGuy has just posted this while I was writing).

One suggestion for those who may be short of the short timed crops needed for the flour and don't have the time to be around every so few minutes -it can be stressful-: use CFs for them. Sorghum (or millet) in CFs equates to a crop with 5 hs base growth time, like -almost- peonies or lady's bedstraw; oats in CFs equate any crop with 4 hs base growth time, like lavender; wheat in CFs is just 5 min shorter than oats. For the longer one in CFs, sorghum, of which a large amount is required, take advantage of the cheap poo while it's still cheap, if you can.

The event crop shouldn't be a problem in 6 days for no player -6 days, all fields-. The only question mark is event drops -it'll depend on their rate-.

For those who may be wondering about it, the cloud row is more convenient than using the items in parks, even if you have 6 owls. Mine will go to the cloud row right away once I get them.

Don't forget you can purchase 100 wheat, oats and sorghum from the shop each day.

(This also applies to cinnamon if you have it open on Baha.)

    I bought 1500 Cinnamon and 2500 sorghum. so far sell around 40 K oats and 20 K wheat. ;)

Well, on 1st level we will get 16h harvester.
Depending on timing of activation (finishing level), and with nothing more then just water, it can (theoretically) cover 3 harvests:
1st in the morning, when Anice are fully grown
    2nd during the day
    3rd in the evening

Now, it pays of the most in a bit later phase, when all 1x1 fields are covered, but it can save some coupons (and time of tedious harvesting one-by-one).
It also go along just nice with CAC time (18h).

On the other hand, it is tricky. Correct time to log is crucial, but (again theoretically) is possible to do.
Some other buffs can help as well, but that is another story.

It Helps to have ahead start to be allowed to mill Holiday Flour for this Event as we need 2000 of them, as 2000 Holiday flour needs 4000 Wheat, 6000 Oats and 10,000 Sorgum....

If i was you hold back these requirements as you need 2000 Holiday Flour but you can only mill up to 1000 at a time. If you have any surplus wheat, Oats or Sorgum i would sell it in the Markets to make good CC, as I am selling lots of Sorgum now, while everyone is milling holiday flour Like crazy

For Farmers who do lots of Breeding it is worth getting this cloud row, as the price of Phermones is slowing getting more expensive for those Breeding Motels. This Cloud Row will help us to use Less Phermones so it would help us reduce the cost of Breeding !!!

8000 Anise can be Achieved within Two Days of this Event as we can growing it in all Fields....I am Planning to Grow all 8000 ASAP, then i would move to poo Farming as The Price of Chickens have gone up and Manure be High but not for Long...Maybe only for 3 Three Days at least due to the Fact 8000 Anise using CAC can be done under two days using it with 1x1 after nuking these to begin with

Looks fun, but seems as if I can earn the cloud row, but not the final sticker, unless I can go up 9 levels.

Please remember the cloud row can only be used if the whole event is completed and all of the decorations are obtained! The cloud row is given in level 4, but the last decoration necessary comes with level 5!

Good that the harvester (only harvester function) comes with the first level. Unfortunately it will start as soon as the requirements are paid in.
A CAC can be obtained in level 2 (gives +2/field extra harvest for crops).

My idea depends on the drop rates, so please be careful not to start too late (as mentioned milling takes 40 hours altogether and the time needed to grow the event crops is depending on how much space is available).

If players do not have CAC's in storage, it might be good idea to wait paying into the event until both of the first levels can be completed at once (in the morning maybe, just after having grown the longest available crop overnight on small fields... or as many event crops as possible on small fields).

Start the harvester, eat the CAC, harvest the fields... (why not take that little bonus?, especially if event crops have been grown overnight).
Then I would grow the other "shorties" like wheat, oats and sorghum necessary to mill the leftover holiday flour (for levels 3-5).
Thanks to a combination of the harvester and the CAC, at least some of the requirements for the holiday flour might be produced easier and faster. The prices for the ingredients in my market have gone up significantly already.

For people that have access to Oat Bread (+1/field for wheat only, costs around 600 CC's on my market - totally worth the expense):
Don't forget that Oat Bread can be used at the same time as CAC (boosting the harvest to +5).

So I would recommend the lower level players to ask their neighbors for at least some Oat Bread. It is really cheap for a higher level player to get for you on the market.

I can see that CAC's might be difficult to be gifted to neighbors, but maybe an exchange of CAC's just for the timing could possibly be arranged. It might be possible to give one now. So that the lower level player can start the harvester with a CAC as soon as possible and then they can send it back after completing level 2.

To be honest, I'm not entirely sure the rewards are worth the resources, however I do want those party spins, wonder stables and the cloud row, so I guess I'll cash out. I won't hand in anything until I have enough resources for the whole shabang (perhaps except for level 1 with the harvester).

My strategy is to grow the short time crops whilst I grow enough event crops to fill the fields with 1x1s. I'm only at a store of 2000 of each right now, and I really don't want to fall below that, so hopefully I can reach the amount. Don't want to buy anything. It's not so much about the cost as wanting to complete this on my own merit rather than through the work of others.

As for the eggs, I've just given a whole lot away, so I'm down to a mere 10 with only 1 egg tree :( I've used Suzy so I will get 4 eggs from the tree each harvest, but that requires 10 harvests which is going to be tough. I can use Suzy to cut down the time but it cuts it to 13 hours which will sometimes leave me waiting for the middle of the night to harvest. May need to crack out the egg farms at the end. Should be fine for cow's milk - also given that away but only need 30 and have 2 cow's milk trees.

As for cinnamon, I have plenty - over 6100 - but will still make up the amount so it doesn't fall behind the other crops.

Fingers crossed the drops are decent this time. It looks like a lot, which is why I won't donate until I have everything I need for the whole event. This one's an all or nothing, I think, because in my opinion the rewards are pretty dismal. Good, but not good enough for the effort/produce that is being cashed out.

I have a sixth sense about these events. 8)

It never fails to happen that the day before the event is announced, I go star crazy and do FSQ's with the items needed for the event!
So, now I'm scrambling to grow Sorghum, Oats and Wheat!! I had tons last night.... not anymore.

If I understand correctly, CF's will help to grow more in the same amount of time? Does it help even more to CAC and PPP the crops?

Not in the same amount of time. It takes four times as long, and and you get three times as much crops back. CAC helps, but not so much, since comfort fields are big plots. If you have the harvester running, and time to harvest and replant often, it is much better to uses 1x1's with CAC.

But if you can't be around to harvest often, it might be a good option, like Jennifer explained :)

Edit: Your sixth sense is counterproductive at the moment, you need to find a way to turn it around, so that it works for you, not against you :p I know all about star crazy :D:inlove:

Sorry to be out of sink with the short hand - What is CF? CAC - Carrot Apple Chutney and what is PPP?

Also is there any way to get more drop items by using a product or jam or something??

    Thanks for your help!!

This is a pretty easy event...
An average of 100 drops per day is a low requirement. I got 115 from my initial harvest of long term crops planted yesterday. Should have all the drops day 3.

1334 crops/day is a low requirement as well. I get more than that from three fields w/ CAC, 1x1s per round. Two rounds per day and a long crop at night, for me. I think I'll have all the crops day 3. Anyone worried about drops or EP plant a longer than 8h crop at night, if you have one. Harvest in the middle of the night if really worried. Event crop is 60EP/8h= 7.5 EP/h. or w/ water 60EP/6.38= 9.4EP/h

Well worth the cloud row. I haven't looked at the price of pheromones in many many months. It was 25CC then. I have trees and the pheromone cloud row and a stock pile. I didn't event participate in the last BBD. Needed a rest. I was really glad it was such an easy event, for me. But I do get tired of all the clicking and don't bother with pheromones a lot of the time. With all the buffs one pen will take 7ish min. I'm really liking this cloud row. Less clicking. It will be 2ish hr w/o pheromone for me. Or I can click away and finish faster.

Going from level 30 to 39 in six days is not impossible. We get some pretty good EP from the event. With some effort you might be able to do it.

I won't be able to do the event for all of the days so I won't risk to start it.
