Well, just across the border in Wales, we have sleet and gales - such a lovely cold slap in the face! Can't complain I suppose since we seem to be having our usual weather compared to some of the horrid weather everyone else is having.;)

It is a mild day here....the sun is out, light breeze and in the 40s. Not bad for December. We had a lot of cold, dark and rainy days earlier in the week so it is nice to see the sun.

Ah yes, so I did - just been out walking the girls and I look like I've been dragged through a hedge backwards!

Gust of up to 70 mph tonight but rain will come during the night and tomorrow should be dry, and Saturday, but rain again Sunday. Good old Cornwall usually gets the brunt of those Atlantic Gales but this time they started in Scotland and worked their way down country. :) Hubby out tonight in this weather volunteering with road closure for Late Night Christmas Shopping in Falmouth. Saturday he is doing the same in Penzance.

It was a gorgeous day here yesterday, temp hit 76 F. It's gonna be a repeat today with a bright, bright, bright, sun shine'n away!

I was shocked yesterday when we went to the mall: it was not crowded at all! (I seem to be a poet today ;)). We didn't even have a problem getting a parking space. You could walk freely in the mall, no crowds anywhere. It is the first time I have ever seen it that way this time of year! Either everyone was good little doobies and got their shopping done early or there are lots of kiddies on Santa's Naughty List :). Either way it sure worked out in our favor!

    Got to tumble on!

Fresh today in Worcester, UK and snow is forcast for tomorrow in some parts of UK, but I bet it will be rain here. We Brits get very excited about snow and Christmas because if there isn't snow it will be grey skies for weeks.

Officially it was not a "White Christmas" for my area for the first time in quite a few years.
Pleasant today about 40 degrees Fahrentheit with a slight breeze but the Polar winds will finally return around New Years and it will be below freezing. The snow is holding off... for now, but the Great Lakes are still rising with all the rain we've gotten.

Today is all foggy in Wa. state. I live on the east part of the state, and we are expecting 5 inches of snow tomorrow. I wish it had shown up on Christmas day, but winter just started the 21st, so we will freeze for the next 2 months. Next week, we will be at 2 and 3 degrees at night. I gotta stoke up the fire and play farmerama . Happy New Year everyone, and peace on earth if it's possible
