Birthday Event Strategies

Getting koi, timber, pots ostrich eggs and honey - I just keep resetting til I get the honey - I officially hate Bunnilynn. The other 3 have been lovely so far!

 

I finished level 6 in Swish, level 5 in Willy, level 4 in Elvus, level 3 in Bunny. I just clicked to reset because she asked for 8 cook pots.
The rest of event has been fine asked me for winter jasmine 200, snowdrop 166 and dentallaria 300 for crops. tree fruits 8 dates, 7 pine, 8 almonds. 2 beavers, 2 donkeys, 2 peacocks.

 

Bunny keeps asking for cook pots - bunny will end up in one of those pots if she's not careful

I keep getting those cook pots. I finally gave her some koi and am getting some Ostrich eggs and pots. Just wish she would ask for more honey. I did 3 with honey and one with the koi. I am on reset again

 

I've asked her to come to the party early. To help me prepare the feast.

 

Bunnilyn asks me for cooks pots too

 

I've had one level of honey and 3 levels of koi fish. I think Bunnilyn is stuck on fish. Trying my first reset - let's see what happens.

 

Thought this may be worth mentioning, It may not matter at all to some players but here goes...

Just wondering if anyone took note of the rewards, The part where it says,
113 CCs x Farm level (at least), 47 EP x farm level (at least) ( Using Elvus Speckley lvl10 as an example)

Of course I could be mistaken, but I believe the resets/canceling are what effects the "at least" part of the rewards..

so perhaps the more resets you use, your rewards will stay lower for completion of said step.
In other words it will not keep increasing the EP & CC awards you could obtain, and may actually lower them depending on the step level your fulfilling.

EX: lvl 89 player
47 EP x 89 (farm level) = 4183 EP
113 CC x 89 =10,057 CC
This is the minimum reward you will receive for this step.

With donating what was requested, not using any resets, my rewards for that same step are

21,991 EP or 247 EP x 89 (farm level) The 247 is rounded down, actual is 247.098

CC 52,777 or 593 CC x 89
Nice increase

I did test this by resetting a step in willy woggle (step 3) The outcome was a decrease in the amount of both EP and CC rewards.

This is only a/my theory, take it with a grain of salt...

Edit- forgot to mention, would love to hear of any experiences with this level/step
perhaps some can post there final rewards for comparison.

I really don't think so. The EP, CC rewards should depend on what you have to donate. If it depends on production time, exchange value, a combination or something else, I don't know.

But I think cooking pots are considered more valuable than honey. So if you reset cooking pots, then get honey, I would expect the rewards to be lower, yes. But not because of reset!

 

I've donated 5 levels of honey and 2 levels of timber to the dreaded bunny now. I think I've been very unusually lucky! I have used several resets but none with BBs.
I think I can afford to relax a bit now, so I've started doing some of the other stars. Willy Woggle can wait til last though; he's clearly not important enough!

 

You may be right Mir, and it maybe be completely off the wall " random "

The step which was reset in willy woggle was replaced with the same requirement, 7 Olive & still there was a decrease, in that instance. (Should have mentioned that in earlier post)
I have not reset more then that one test, so as I mentioned, more feedback on this for comparison sake would be helpful.

 

How would y'all like it if someone made a similar comment about cats... dogs... horses...

I think I'm going to just skip Bunnilyn. I have a few of the items she's asking for, but I think I'd rather sell them

 

Bunnilyn is at the party! I am so glad to be done with that. Now I can relax and work on the other stars. Whew!

 

So far, I have been wizzing through the tree donations, but slow on the other items. Its the event crops that are my holdup, mostly. Not sure how far I will advance, but I am starting to roll through the levels.

 

I finished Bunnylin also and pretty in pink she sits at the table waiting for some one to join her Spent some money (ouch) but I know I will make it back. I reset once and it decreased but only by 1 cc and ep (odd amount but glad it wasn't more than that) Will be done with clovers by early morning. Just need to really get those nuts going and batteries. I'm probably doing ok, it's just they don't seem to come fast enough Good luck to all doing this and have fun!!
