To catch a Kiwi..

As I've not been lucky enough to get a Kiwi stable/pen, I'm relying on the market. It is hard work as there is hardly ever any Kiwis for sale but just got hold of my first one, at a cost of 4300!



Even if I had the Stable it would be almost another 3 Lvls until I can grow Laurel for feed
Sometime 2017 perhaps..

How do you manage with the Kiwis? Any suggestion?

 

Should have been in the bargain thread, as I expect to sell mine for no less than 30.000

The max you can sell them on my market is 3425cc at the moment, which would indicate that nobody is selling as the selling price has remained stagnant for days now.... I was lucky to get the four really cheap a few days ago.... I still keep peeking in the market on the off chance that someone sells some

I haven't seen a single one in my market...

 

the max. sale amount in my market is $15,387 It's rare to see one at any price

 

I've sold most of those I've produced at 62K each. Some even at 76K. Right now, I'm selling them at 37K each (146 offers listed in my mkt as of this very moment).

I was lucky enough to get 2 of those kiwi stalls.

 

Aluntino - You lucky dog!!!! I'm trying to boost my market...but it still will not let me sell above 13,200!!!!

 

Are we in the same market, Aluntino -Market #4?? We have 86 offers currently, and they are now selling for around $40 - 45 thousand up! I have sold some for over 60 thousand. It has been a quick market for them.

 

No, farmlily, I'm in mkt 5. Now, 149 listed (someone underbidded my 2 lower offers).

Brooke: Hang on to them. Don't sell them at such a low price. Wait until it gets at least at 50K to start selling. Many will be sold at that level or higher before price starts to drop. I sold about 15 kiwis at 62+K each. The good news is I sold absolutely all I've listed so far (in total, about 30 kiwis).

 

Aluntino - I'm green with envy!.....but you know me...Mrs. Impatient! Why such a Huge fluctuation????

 

Good advice to Brooke, Aluntino.
All of mine sold as well - also about 30. Plus, when they started underbidding by more than 12 - 15% I bought them myself and sold them at my price.
But at first no one was selling, so I kept checking my sale amount allowed as it slowly went up, then opened the market one or two at a time. As each one or two sold, the market price went up. Finally, when the price got high enough, everyone else started selling.
So, if anyone wants to open a market, slow and steady seems to win the race.

 

Second Kiwi bought, and at a bargain price: 11,228!

I'm using my one and only (well have 2 now) Kiwi to check Market prices. The max I could sell it for right now is 12,410,32 CCs, way to low. My complaint: there are too many Market Proos in my market (37) and not enough Market Morons.

 

So mean but so funny.

There are currently 130 offers on my market. Lowest price is 34,000.00. Highest is 86,347.90.

Not a Kiwi for sale, apart for the couple I got hold of in the past few days, there are zilchs offered! Very annoying!
Got the money to spend but have not found a Bird in sight to spend it on.

None is willing to sell right now, which means the price is staying low, but also nothing is coming up on the market. If I were to sell my 2 Kiwis the max price I would get is:



Not worth it. Aluntino's market is far better!

Price is now down to 50K or so

 

Aaach.....really Banjo??? I'm going to miss the kiwi gravy boat!!!
My market the highest avail to sell is 19,991

 

There were over 60 offers in my market and now there are none.
