What a perfect way to end this amazing contest. Thank you so much for your generosity, oldmcdonald! It saddened me to find out that you were going through a hard time when you started this thread but the fact that you try to make others happy as a means of coping really speaks to your character. Very inspiring.

I'm so happy because I couldn't have asked for a better home for my little crow! I just know wolfeyesone is going to treat her well and that she will absolutely love it there.

To everyone saying thank you: you are more than welcome! I have loads of pens and trees just sitting in my inventory and have gotten all the use out of them, so they are pretty much just wasting space really... I am happy to give them away to farmers who actually want/need them!

@oldmcdonald I wish I had the items for YOUR wish list. My mystery items were a hamster stall (my first), 2 Fox stalls, a red donkey stall (my first red stall), strawberry, medlar, XX Elderberry tree. While that was great for me, there was nothing there that you wanted.
I was so Happy to see I was a winner here Thank-you to dgirl_200 for the Kangaroo shed (my first) and to TCRooster for the yellow bat roost (also my first) oldmcdonald Thank-you for the wonderful gifts and thanks for taking all of your time to organize and oversee this event. You have made a lot of farmers happy and have been incredibly generous!

@oldmcdonald - Yes, after a second visit to the vet(and even more ££'s later) she seems to be getting better. I'm keeping a close eye on her but the meds seem to be doing the trick thankfully!! She is my baby and even though I can ill afford vet costs at this time, she is worth every penny!!! And I got a lovely surprise this evening when she came and got all snuggled up on my lap and was there for ages..she isn't a lap cat so this was a rare treat for me! Thank you for your concern!

 

I'm glad to hear she is on the mend!

One of my cats is 15 years old but she is very feral so hardly get to have snuggles; until last week I carried her upstairs and she sat with me on my bed purring away. Every day since, I often hear her purring from a far and then she nudges the door open and comes into my room. That was the first time she had willingly been upstairs in the 7 years I have been living in my current house!
