    Hi
Don't we need at least 55 cupid arrows that would equal 7260 Heartdrop flowers.
Please correct me if I am wrong.

Wow..... That's a hefty amount of event crops we need..... I think I'm glad I've got enough CAC and PPP to cover the entire event and I've got almost all the crops. Only need about 500 more Red poppies, but that's not a problem, since the event crops need to multiply first :D I will have to remind myself tomorrow to remove my animal pens that I've set out. I'll have to leave a workshops (not gonna remove a Cookforge workshop from the field! I clearly didn't think about that one when I build it!)

Glad to see we don't need animals.

Oh, for those of you who were wondering: we need about 14 hours of milling time (without any runes/subscription) to complete the 50 extra Cupid's Arrows we need (if you don't miss any of the balloons).

I have to say, though, I'm glad I'm not a low-leveled player anymore. Otherwise this event would be quite hard with several crops only becoming available at mid - higher levels.

I think I'm glad I don't participate in the Carnival festivities (which start this Friday) and that my hubby and I don't do Valentines..... It will save me time to complete the steps :)

    Good luck everyone!

I'm pretty sure it's the more efficient workshop rune - reduces time by 10%. It used to accidentally reduce time by more than that for ages, but recently somebody realised so there was an OA where they fixed it to what it should have been, disgruntling quite a few of us.

    Now I understand.
I had noticed that the cook forges went from around 16 hours to 19 ish hours. And then some comment were made.
Usually I don't read the tech announcements.
Some things just don't need fixing, it worked well, just a little (much) better.:sleepy:

The Grapevine is a huge pool of information, only of course...if you access it;) It is obvious that everyone is now stocked up for this Event. For a while I have been keeping a stock of 5000+ of each crop, in my barn...in the past I have been caught out with not enough crops and I had to spend a lot of CC to participate in the Events, well we all wise up sooner or later:) I think the only issue for me will be the shooting, I am not very good at it:( But I will try, just because I like the rewards:D:D:D

Just one small thing, for the people who are planning to use animal stalls, they take 2x2 each, and the maximum number of stalls can be used on a field is 42 to 44, so you have a 42 to 44 chance for drop items, multiply that by 4 for the 1x1 plots, some fields can take 202 1x1 plots, of course the level of the crop is an issue and the level of the stalls, and the color upgrade used, and the higher takes more time (except the orange), we have some stalls takes from 16 to 20 hours, and workshops double that, so absolutely the crops is a faster option, considering the trophies, many players did not finish the animal trophy, so the drops would not be at its best when using animal stalls while the crops trophy was easier and a lot of players have the highest.

for the comfort fields vs. the 2x2 plots, the comfort fields takes a very long time, but the drop items are much better, so it is up to the player to choose what suits more, just remember comfort fields takes 3 seed each not 1 like the 2x2 plots, it is best to be used over the night with water, manure, super grow, and Suzy's super grow, with the rune for super grow and cloud row, time can be reduced by 2/3 nearly.

No, it was the Stable Master rune, which was giving a 10% time reduction on workshops even though the rune was only supposed to affect stables; that's on top of the 10% we were getting from the Workshop Master rune. The 'bug' was great for us but that's not what the devs had originally intended for that rune, so it was 'fixed'.

I've just recently gone over to using 1x1 fields... but what a time to run out of droid coupons... This one isn't going to be as easy as the last as when I stumbled onto how to use the coupons and had over 5 months worth of coupons stocked up...
    xD LOL

This event like some of the earlier ones almost seem like a gift from BP.
Or maybe at level 81 it starts to get easier.
I already had the non event flowers as I started growing them a week ago when they first appeared on the rumor thread.
I was almost shocked to see such low contribution levels. I was prepared for and expecting 4x those amounts.

The event crop is 5:30 water drops that to 4:22 call it 4:30
That means 5 harvests per day.

With all fields available at full size, I calculate 722 1x1 plots
CAC will give you a yield of 2316 per harvest.

I am slowly clearing the animals as they mature or scheduling them to mature 14 hrs into the event.
Friday night all plots should be clear, trees will be stripped and the entire farm will be converted to 1x1s
Saturday morning consume 2 CAC any other boosters and 1 PPP for 48hrs of +2 harvesting.

That's 11 harvests of 2,316 for 25,476 event crops plus the starters that were grown on thur and friday.
Way more than the 16,400 needed.
Probably will switch the island to grapes and bromilliad sometime Sunday. Just can't get enough red punch.

Level 5 rewards 5 CAC so 2 CAC is a very reasonable investment.
With the LL rune at 25% drops have not been a problem for me.

I have plenty of open quests on the last level that reward a 24 or 48hr harvest helper.

RL, sleep, they have become optional since I found this game 8 months ago.

I was thinking about CAC and PPP, usually CAC gives +2 crops for 18 hours, with PPP it is extended to 24 hours, why I should extend the CAC while there is 7 to 9 hours time to sleep and do some other things, I saw it a waste of PPP here to gain 6 more hours and loose 6 to 8 hours. I am at confectionary level 4, I can do CAC and I have some stock, but PPP still I can't make, and it's price has doubled in the market, even if I can make it, the materials needed are very costly, I think better planning for the use of CAC can gives its full potential, I think it is best to be used in morning so it shall expire overnight the use other one the next morning, now the event starts at 14:00 pm which is 16:00 pm our timing here, plus the 4h 22m for the first harvest of event crops, simply I think it is not wise to use CAC then and waste 8 or 9 hours of it over the night, in this case PJ will do for the first harvest, and PPP better be used to level up the bakery. I understand that we live in different countries, and we may have some time differences, but each can utilize his time and get the best use of CAC with out loosing valuable time.

When I do Events, I always used 1x1 in All Fields, as I hardly Ever Grow Animals or Products or Trees. As I always rip out anything that Boost Event Drop Rate after the harvesting my Farm after the Event had started i convert my Fields into 2x2 at first to build up my stock of Event Crops that Max out all with 1x1 Fields to Make CAC effective as possible.

Yes Pinkie Pie Pie do boost all Buffs by 30%, During Events most effective Buff is CAC as it really help you reaping all those needy event crops during events. Anything else that is required for Event FAQ i make sure i have plenty of stock of it as i have health Barn anyway. So I can Afford just to focus Growing Event Crops using CAC with Pinkie Pie as we need to grow at Least 15620 Heart Drop Flowers as they take 5 Half Hours to Grow. I am going to grow bit more than that just in case more cupid arrows is needed to be made

Yes the Price of Pinkie Pie Pie is slowly raising and will keep raising in the markets as it does help lots of us to craft or buy less crafts to be used in the Buffs using Pinkie Pie Pie. Some of us are Fortunate to Own an Cloud House Pet that produce Pinkie Pie Pie every 36 Hours But Many of you do not have this Cloud House Pet, therefore have to buy PPP from the Markets. There are more purchases of PPP from the Markets than Farmers who have surplus PPP to sell. At the Moment is cost more to Craft PPP than it is cost to buy in the markets.

With This Event I am going to just Eat 3 x CAC with PPP I would advise to do this that gives you 72 Hours of +2 Crops, as it is silly to use PPP for One CAC also it less effective to use PJ on Heart Drop Flowers as PJ only last 4 hours as Heart Drop takes 5 Half Hours to Grow also with help of CAC and Suzy Super Grow you have a better start to build up your stock of Event Crop i will be nuking these event seedings which gives me 90 Seedings on my First Harvest, then re seed these into 90 2x2 Fields. Then they are re seeded again into 1x1 Fields.

I always leave the CAC running using PPP for couple of days running even overnight as i grow event crops during the night as it is not practical to use PPP on one CAC then going to use to use anaother PPP to activate CAC during the day.
After all you will be getting 5 x CAC back Completing Level 5 of this event ;)
