Valentines Day

I haven't been sleeping well...so I've been growing/ re-planting the heartdrop flowers around the clock! I was too tired to re-do farm, and I figured I still needed tons of the event plant. Whoa! I ended up with an extra 6k of them!!! I did finish....so now I'm milling extra cupid arrows for the 300 ep & cc's after.
Major headslap!!!! I need to keep a better running tally of event plants still needed...or just go back to grow everything 1st then donate. Oh well........

It is hard to keep things straight on little sleep, but I would stop milling those arrows each heartdrop flower will be exchanged for 4 ep & cc, so since you need over a hundred for each arrow, you will be better off not milling them

Looks like we will finish sometime tomorrow. My first priority was to mill all the Cupid's Arrows then grow the 8400 Heart Drops for the 3 Levels requiring them. Drops are not bad. Just plugging along on this frigid -25F day.

Yay, I finished the event, I feel good, the last step was a bit difficult for me, the mill was running and I have only 25 cupid arrows so no place for errors, the net slowed down a little, but the game became tricky, Fuzzles's balloons were coming faster and they grow and cover suzi's balloons so I was afraid to miss, but I managed it without missing but it was more tens, the speed that the black balloons are coming is faster and in bigger quantities, so be careful with that, I got the cloud raw and when I wanted to place an item of my choice I found I can use my lonely goats, it was useless to me so I put there and saved a better decoration item.

Since we agree that the sticker album is useless now, why we don't do something out of it for fun, I would suggest that the players who finished the event go to the album and on the valentine background choose a sticker(s) to do something for the occasion and post it in a sharing picture thread, but sadly the Valentine background still not there yet, so may be when we have it, let us do this for fun, and good luck.

 

good idea abubadi the valetines background is there! You just have to change the background of one of your pages to the valentine one

 

Hey Brookey, don't make more arrows than you need because the 300 EP/300 cc's is less than the 568 of each you get as pieces....

 

I have finished the event on both my farms. My drops were better than they have been for a while. The aim and shoot was a fun introduction. Thank you for a fun event, developers. Good luck to all those still busy.

Well, I've finished level 1 without a hitch. Level 2 cost me three more arrows then needed I have to be honest and say I'm not sure I'm gonna make it. The event crop is not a problem. I'll get the 6k Plants I now need without a problem before the event is over. But the Arrow Shafts and with those too the Cupid's Arrows.......

I did like the shooting game. I wonder if I simply waited too long with shooting Suzy's Balloon. That's something to figure out in step 4

I have finished Level 3, just waiting on the mill to finish making the arrows I need to for level 4. This has been a nice easy event for me. Since I have been busy helping out a girlfriend who owns a little cafe business make/sale hundreds of chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's Day.

To my farm hubby broke there is a special box of chocolate covered strawberries at the farm house for you. Like you said Valentine Day is everyday! LOL

Got the remainder of my drops with the harvest of overnight crops. Managed the last shooting step without a miss so event completed for me!

 

So, last couple of Cupid's Arrows milling on both farms, have all crops with just a handful left on both farms. I need just 148 Arrow Shafts on this farm and 103 on Illy so should get those by tomorrow at the latest. Now to put the farm back into critter and tree mode till the Carnival starts!

I planted one more event crop field than I needed but better safe than sorry. I'm a pink balloon shooting machine and now have my new cloud row up and running.

 

Wow, looking back at this event after finishing last night around Midnight my time.
This is the lowest amount of Event Crops that I have had in my inventory at the completion of the event.
I don't know how I did it, but I like it.

 

I am way behind you all Only using two fields, only got two rounds on Friday due to RL, today I had to start all over again as I donated all the crops last night The plan was to finish on Monday, but looks like it will be Tuesday

I milled the last 25 arrows before working on the 4800 flowers needed for level 5. This was just to be sure I did not wind up with too many flowers leftover. Let's hope I don't miss a balloon and lose an arrow or I will have to grow more crops to make another one. Too many things going on here in RL to rely on my being able to count correctly

 

Milling 25 arrows now so I can work out how many event crops I need to grow. Will probably finish tomorrow.

 

It is not too bad I could always grow crops on baha if I really had too

I just finished level 3 and got my 10GB
I will finish level 4 when my arrows are ready. I think it will be difficult to finish the event because I lost a day...
