Hat's hat's hat's lol I still need 1 to finish tasks 3/5 then all the ones needed for 5/5
I am so sad as this is the first timed events that I got close to finishing lol

 

As of yesterday morn I had everything to finish. I did everything except only the 8h Farm Machinery. Even with the Driods help I spent way too much time tearing up all three farms and putting pens out. I could have done it all with a 1-2 hour coupon. Was planning on resetting the pens around 8p but fell asleep and woke up at almost 1a. Woke up a couple of hours later worried that I was going to miss out on the rest of the Farm Machinery. Didn't login until 8a tho, lol. Used the Gold challenge to reset the farms this morn. I'll use the last of the Droids tomorrow morning. After that I'll go back to crop farming. Not fond of animal husbandry...

We still have a 1.5 days left to finish...

Another reason I don't pay attention to how many drops I have left over...
If one donates 600 drops and has 600 drops left over, total of 1200 for the event.
If one donates 900 drops and has 300 drops left over, total of 1200 for the event.
So the drop rate is the same for both of those events. The difference is the rate of... "consumption". People who donate as they acquire might donate 30 for a level 1 silver for one event, 50 for another event. The drops might be coming in at the same rate but they go out faster for some events.

Another thing... if one has that many drops left over and consistently finishes early...
If neighbors are sending 5 event drops per day for 6 day event total of 30 gifts. All to finish 3-6 hours earlier on day 4 of a 6 day event. 30 * 6EP= 180EP and 30 * 5CC = 150CC for this event. That is significant for low level players, insignificant for mid-upper level players. If one gets sugar or elixir instead... 30 elixir is 1.5 red punch or half a MOS. Much better deal.

 

Just need to do gold and diamond level 5, only waiting on 133 fruit hats. I have carnations planted on 3 fields.

 

Around 30 to 40 more fruit hats... I am going to finish soon...

Just got back and harvested a couple of fields and a field of trees... and with the help of a few friends, I'm now down to just 75 hats!!! Dang this is getting fun...! I still have to run back to the hospital in a bit... just waiting for the call. So thank you PNP, Frogs. It's been a good day so far (Dr decided to postpone my shots for a bit). Mother-in-law is doing 1000% better. She might even come home this evening.

i was all worried yesterday morning .... Now i've finished and i have about 130 hats in my barn thats just what i made after finishing!

 

I was in a driving class all week learning to drive a 56 foot passenger bus and managed to complete this entire Quest by this morning using just two fields (Main and Baha). The other fields are for Animal pens and workshops, the Glade is occupied by trees.
I wished there were Stars for this event. If you were patient the drops will be there.

 

I must try it on my phone.... i went back to work this week, and i'm doing okay, but if i had been able to log in during the work day, it might have been easier. However, I was able to plant long term plants which yielded better drops.... I am almost done and no harm if I don't because I did get all the one accomplished that I was aiming for.... I still have time to finish!

 

I finished this event a couple days ago, haven't really had time to post tho, seemed easy and relaxed for me. RL that is another story, no easy or relax there. lol

 

Finished growing all those junks and grew an extra 2000 to get over this growing foolishness.

After growing all those junks I kinda feel just a little touched.

They can have all the leftover junks ... just foolin around anyway

But I'm serious about wanting to keep those Fruity Hats.

They are the only thing of value to me from the event.

huh .... the things people will do for a virtual Fruity Hat amazing .... truly amazing

 

I wish I was in the tropics right now. It is cold and I got a cold now. Just harvest and still need 55 fruit hats to finish the diamond level 5. Going back to sleep until my roses are ready.

 

I'M DONE... Just finish up. (only 5am) Phew!!!! So glad everyone shared how to increase the drops. For everyone that's still working, don't give up. T-25 hrs (Let your friends help you).

I have completed the event (now I have harvester time I won't be able to use as I'm out for the day, "c'est la vie" )

 

So I finished levels 1,3,4 and 5 (and the first stage only of level 2).
Although the sticker would be nice, I just can't face growing anymore pretty peacock flowers to get to the end.
I enjoyed that the demands and the drops were not too severe compared with recent events, but can't grow another seedling for this quest.
Even my FOCD is not kicking in here, I'm not bothered by leaving a small part of the quest undone - just seem to be developing an allergy to peacock flowers.
What is happening here - I usually try and get through every part of a quest I can manage before the end?
What can I do to get back my love of special event crops...

 

I completed the event(except task 2 gold and diamond I don't have the fruit hats but I don't want the sticker)

 

But... level 2 is free Farm Machinery...
