Sugar...please help meeeee

hey guys!!

i need help i'm 33,000 points away from level 4 confectioner and really need a quick way to get sugar easily (i have read sugar threads but couldn't find much info ) i don't have sugar trees and don't really want to use BB to get packs of sugar. i HAVE opened the rune for 50 sugar (sorta disappeared...teddy, did you use it for your baking?) and my drop rate it pretty good but still not enough sugar to fill my sweet tooth

please help me

Perhaps you should go back and read your previous posts asking for help/suggestions for this, I know I did post that lavendar jam is great to use to level up confect. there are other things also but I am not going to do the searches for you you need to look those things up yourself, you will not retain the info if someone else is always doing the searches and finding the info for you. Another point you should remember, many neighbors will send you the same gift you send them, if you want sugar as your gift try sending it to your neighbors first. One last thing, go back and read the leveling up confectionery thread here in game discussions. Good luck.

The higher up you go the more sugar needed ... i wouldn't be so quick to want to level up ....... if you feel your having issues now .... it will just get worse as you progress .... you ask time and time again the same question ..... there is no fast way to level up just take your time .... plant longer growing crops to increase your drops and so on .... like EVERYONE with trades has to do to get their items needed ...

 

Don't blame teddy, we have been scarfing it up to make all those chocolate chip cookies and brownies we've been handing out.

There are a couple of craft products that increase your chance of dropping sugar. And refinements.. you might try them.

Read the Plant Cultivation: Greenhouse and Refinery FAQ if you don't know what refinements are.

There are lots of threads in this section (Game Strategy Discussion) where people have shared tips for boosting drop rates in general, which will indirectly give you more sugar from each harvest. I highly recommend the General Event Strategies thread by SuzeeRabbit which covers most of these drop-boosting strategies.

The only other way to get more sugar (other than the methods you already mentioned and gifts from neighbors) is to pay real money.

That's it. There is literally nothing left to be said on this topic. You already know that if you want to level up faster in the confectionery, you need to buy confectionery products (e.g., lavender jam) from the market. You have already been told which products are most efficient and cost-effective to use for this. We don't have any more advice to offer you.

Can you please stop it with the sugar/confectionery threads now?

ETA: Looks like the artisan refinements such as sugar are not worth doing.

Kim you need to stop, everyone has told you this a thousand times. The advice is not going to change just because you give it a few weeks in between grovelling requests! You are a higher level player and you should know by now exactly how to get drops and that there are no "shortcuts" or "secret" ways of increasing your drops...plus you've done lots of threads like this before and you get the same responses. Perhaps you need to learn to take the advice you're given rather than constantly asking with the hope that the answer might change? Just a thought...

Kim.com2000, please stop spamming in the forum using those sugar threads. We are already very tired after looking at all these threads. Because you are a high level player and experienced player (probably more experienced than me), you should know that there is no way to get sugar instantly except paying bb.

Don't expect anymore help from me... I'm really frustrated with those sugar threads. I wanted to click on the report button but I decided that I won't... so you're lucky...

PS squigglegiggle is still reading the forum... I saw her liking sweet_cassiopeia's post. So let me say a word to squiggle: please don't leave the forum...

 

Thank you for posting this Joyce, it seemed like lavender jam was the way to go as it gave good points without being horribly expensive I will try to find that thread you mentioned... but I think its just like everyone keeps saying... it just takes awhile
