    Rags,

    You can only get a maximum of one drop of any given kind per plot per harvest. What you saw -if I understood you correctly- is two different kinds, which is normal; one plot could potentially even deliver at a harvest one drop of each available drop kind in unison (something I never saw happening, though; 5, 6, even 7 kinds, yes, but never all of them).

    I did see, however, as a result of a glitch then, long ago, only once, 2 drops of the same kind popping up from the same plot.

    Thank you Mir although I feel positively :sleepy: now. Can't say I'm particularly excited about this event :(, don't know why but I will give it a shot and see how I get on..(on BOTH farms, again :wuerg:). Good luck everybody!

    igotfrogs, you can leave your trees until the event starts and you harvest them for the better drop rate they will give. Then delete the trees to give more space for 1x1s. I wouldn't use your CAC until you can harvest lots of event plants (after you have built up a basic supply). Don't worry about doing step one until the morning after you plant all your fields with watermelon cubes. If you need to, wait until Friday to do step one. Just don't wait until the last 24 hours of the event to do step 1. :)

    Thank you so much Mir and all others for this useful strategy plan! :D
    I confess I panicked a bit after looking at the FAQ, but now I feel it's possible to do step 1 without much effort, based on what I have available as buffs. This one is much more challenged than the previous ones, I think.
    It's also great news that the cloud row is step 4 and not 5. I'm having an hectic RL week until sunday night and it's possible I won't be able to grow all plants. But half of them is possible.

    Anyway, good luck to all in your goals for the event!!!:)

    This event looks fun, and like I wont get very far!
    I'm frustrated that I replaced all my animal pens and put back 2x2s! It takes me so long to change everything without harvester! :sleepy:

    I didn't see it mentioned, but shouldn't "auto tree harvest" for premium players, be turned off the night before the EP harvesting? I think we did it before when we were tying to maximize EP in another event.

    OK, although it's only a small chance of being happened!

    I must add this for LV 70 upward players.

    If you want to do step one, well plan your schedule so that you could fit this:

    Do not open your daily fuzzles wooly login before your first harvest.
    you may get EP boost from Fuzzles, +15% for LV 70-89; +20% for LV 90 upward
    esp for lv 90upward player, if you get the +50% EP from the "Endless " reward pool

    you know what I mean....:inlove::inlove:

    So i have been reading the strategy many of you have thankfully added. Just to make sure i have this right. The idea might be to work as fast as i can to get about 700 of each of the event crops. Then grow the cube watermelons overnight. The next morning start the timer and harvest using as many EP bonuses as i can. Then after harvesting the cube watermelons do a bunch of runs of cube pumpkins. Then finish by doing a cube watermelon overnight again and get them the next morning before the timer runs out?

    I guess my only question is did i miss anything? Should i do 1x1 only for increase in drops or is there some EP advantage i am missing? Is it better to do 2x2 for the ep part meaning i need less to do this and also wont need machinery, and then in future days do the 1x1s for drops when i can have a CAC on as well? Something tells me the best EP booster cant be on at the same time as a CAC.

    Edit: Also even tonight i have switched to 1x1 with long grow crops to increase chances of drops right away tomorrow.

    The more I look at this, the more I wonder if going to all this effort for the level 1 prizes is really worthwhile. That is, they are all really good prizes, but I already have mouse stalls, though not yellow ones and a harvester subscription. I think I may more or less skip that in favor of concentrating on the later levels. That is, growing more longer term crops and so forth.

    On the other side is that since the event crops are not going to be lost, I may wind up getting the EP by growing all the crops needed for the event anyway?

    Anyone else with similar thoughts?

    agreed with woody, mouse stall like not so attractive to me. I had build up mouse stock to
    over 900, And I got the mouse orange stall. But I love the 3 hr harvest coupon. They are
    very useful when rebuild your farm. I had once over 40 coupon & now drop down to 25
    So, get 5 more will be great!

    I think everyone should relax regarding step1, for two main reasons:

    * 24 hours is a lot of time and those 65K EPs are something certainly achievable just by following Mir's suggestions, summarized in her opening post;

    * whatever you are able achieve during those 24 hs -just a minimum 4% is required to be able to get to step2; that is, only 2600 EPs- is OK; the important prizes, the ones that make a real difference, lie beyond step1; only those needing mouse stalls or badly want or need those tools or those helper coupons should strive for getting the most of it done; if you're not among these, you shouldn't worry too much.

    I personally am not worried about step 1, because I can definitely move on to step 2 by getting some percentage or other. I do not need mouse stalls as I have some already.

    I am really worried about the drops. I have trees out and have planted my longest crops in order to get a better start this time. I really struggled for drops during the previous event and we need even more drops this event.

    The combs are a reward in step 2

    @bigbobdog

    That's the general idea, yes. But try to avoid the second overnight harvest of cube watermelons if at all possible. Event crops tend to have a poor drop rate (which will affect your ability to complete later levels) so it's better to plant longer crops while you're sleeping. Unless you plan on getting up in the middle of the night to do some farming. :p:wuerg:

    There is no EP advantage to using 1x1s instead of 2x2s. Aside from drops, plot size only makes a difference when you use CAC or PJ because they give +2 or +1 crop(s) per plot, respectively. It's up to you if you want to use 2x2s (it's definitely easier on the hand and requires less seeds) since it will not affect the amount of EP you get.

    If you plan on completing the event, however, you'll want to start using that CAC on 1x1s as soon as possible. They are asking for a lot of event crops and it's going to be very difficult to grow enough of them in time if you put it off.

    Don't worry, you can use a CAC even with your EP buffs running. We have 1 diamond slot, 2 gold slots, and 4 silver slots. CAC needs a diamond slot, while most EP buffs need a gold slot (except for CB, which only requires a silver slot). You can therefore use a CAC + 2 artisan products that increase EP (e.g., ZAB, EM, SW, SRJ) + CB simultaneously.
