Why ???

I have just read the disturbing news on the Feedback (Mill) thread, that the German Mods have all been 'fired'... Having gone to the German Forum and read something in their O/A that seems to support this I would like to know why? If BP are going to make 'sweeping' changes like this, then I think that we all, regardless of nationality, should be aware of them and the reasons behind them. I for one, would not like to lose our English Mods having built up a level of trust in them. Losing them without a seriously good reason would certainly make me stop playing the game. You may close thread once answered, Thank you.

Thank you very much for your concerns and kind thoughts. Here is the Official Announcement addressing this There is nothing else we know I am afraid, or we can do.

Your kindness is appreciated - and I sincerely hope you are not going to lose us (though I honestly feel bad saying this, today). It's not an easy day for anyone, that's something I can assure you of.

Before you close the thread, it would be nice if the announcement and reasons behind it could be translated into English for all to see and read,

 

I will have to ask the Game Team if I can post this, kmellish. Since we have been asked to redirect players to the DE Forum for discussions, I am not sure if we can do this. If it is possible, I will translate it right away.
