April's rumors

    Hi to everybody,

    since I cann't look for anything about the Easterevent, cause nearly all threads are closed, I came here, like Schlewi and Magitta, to have a look around. I am from Switzerland, and normaly read and write in the German Forum. Since it's years and years, that I used my English actively (reading I do, but not speaking or writing), I probably make a lot of mistakes.
    But as far as I know the English people, they are always very helpfull to foreigners and ignore mistakes generously, be it in the street (we drive on the right side!), or anywhere else.

    So you think, that we need soon cheese, for Easter? Or do we rather need it for the a Swiss event? I am not sure, whether this will be in April or may, since we have e tschechisch (tchec .. tchecic?) event anounced for April. Well, I have a certain stock of cheese and am willing, to part from it for a good price, in case it is really needed ;).

    I hope, that we will soon know, what will happen tomorrow, when the Easter Event will start.

    don't any one worry about making mistakes.
    The people in this forum are all very helpful.
    Sometimes it must be a little confusing for them to read the mistakes. But you will get to know them (people and mistakes) and have a good laugh.

    The GermaFAQ is out.

    But it says allmost nothing. Nobody knows, what to do or what is asked ... So we wait also

    EDIT: Just at this moment, a better FAQ was posted. Now, if you understand any German, it is worthwhile to take a look.

    Welcome to all of our German board "refugees" ... just be forewarned that the English board does not get the rumors or inside information until much later (or so it seems).     I've brought some things to help our "refugees" out....picnic blankets and timber for a fire and music on at the music hall. :music:
    There's lots to eat aswell: bread rolls and easter marmalade, zucchini-apple bread, for dessert there's cherry cheesecake and strawberry muffins. There's red punch, mango-orange smoothies and for those on an Easter kick there's chocolate pancakes and chocolate shakes.
    (Easter Eggs are coming tomorrow...the Easter Bunnies are bringing them! ;)
    There's plenty for everyone...so let's say "hello" and give everyone a big welcome to our forum!!! :D

    Concerning the Czechia-Event:
    in the german calendar you find it. Time: 14th to 20th of April.
    There is an older (elder ?) post in the German "Gerüchteküche", that you need hops. The event plant is possibly majoram (Origanum maiorana). And it is written of lime or lime-blossoms.

    Do you know why I like searching for new rumors about upcoming events? Most of the times they are true so I can be prepared for the events. The FAQ of the event will come out one or two days before so there is no time to be prepared.
