I'm guilty. I've been talking chocolate smack in the wrong thread. (Got off on a tangent.) So here is a brand new thread for all of us to put our thoughts on Chocolate Bunnies, Chocolate Labs (canine or otherwise) or any other thoughts you might have. (Including those pesky moles. So glad they are gone now.)

Hi my name is CaliChrome and I'm a chocoholic!

There. I've said it. Anyone want to join me? :)

Well, I just polished off the last of my Tagalongs Girl Scout Cookies, so I can easily say that I belong in the chocoholic club. I do have to admit, though, that I am something of a chocolate snob. I don't go for those waxy chocolate Easter bunnies. Years ago, I would hoard the Russell Stover Easter Coconut Nests...so good. Then they changed the way they made them. Nasty waxy chocolate and almost no coconut, so they are no longer my favorite at Easter.

Yep, it's Girl Scout Cookie time. Just stocked up on a few boxes. (Like 10 boxes.) Just a few. :p

My favorite is the Tagalongs, while DH loves the Samoas... so much for the diets. But, we did stick to just 5 boxes - 2 of each of our faves and one Thin Mint to share.

Tagalongs, those are the peanut butter/chocolate ones, right? Delicious. I'm also fond of the mint ones as well.

Sure wish the price was the same as when I sold them. (35 cents a box!) My how the times have changed.

Mmmmm.....Girl scout thin mints. They are really great if you eat them frozen. I like to think it makes them last longer but who am I kidding? I used to love the Trefoils as well but they changed them and now they are not that great.

For Easter I have to say I'm a fan of the Cadbury mini eggs. I lived in Boston for many years and in a very Irish neighborhood the local neighborhood store would carry all the Cadbury Easter Eggs. I really prefer Cadbury to American chocolate. I'm not talking high end stuff for that I go Belgian or Swiss all the way.

    Nope I'm not a chocoholic...not at all. ;)

Yup, the tagalongs are peanut butter and chocolate. Ah yes, the good old days when I was a Brownie - I must not have done something right because I never graduated to full-blown girl scout. I was such a rebel - even at age 6.

OH! I was on my way out of forum and off to bed, no way now....I need chocolate. Only I'm out of everything sweet( but CoolWhip....)not even a cookie in the house.:sleepy: Everywhere in my neck of the woods has been out of my fave Cadbury eggs, I found some of the caramel ones (bought 11, since they were there and seemed desperate to go home with me ) but they went to work with me, never made it home:oops:. Sure wish I had gone by the supermarket tonight when I had the chance... no way I can sleep now

Cadbury chocolate fingers! All year round! :p Got one unopened box waiting for me today that I've been saving a while. Last year or so I've also become fond of dark chocolate with chili! Like the bit of sting it adds.

Hello! I'm happy to join this club. I like everything is sweet especially chocolate. My favorite sweet is a Korean sweet. I will tell you how is taste: I feel like fly to the sky, it feels like in heaven. It's the best combination since ever. But in market are many copies and not so delicious. But the original is so great. And here is a photo.

I must admit that I am not that fond of chocolate .... BUT, I foolishly bought my terribly sweet toothed 50+ year old hubby his first jar of Nutella Chocolate Spread several weeks ago. It lasted less than 12 hours, I never caught him eating it and the only evidence was a slightly sticky spoon left in the sink ... perhaps it was the mice?

Mmmmm a chocolate thread, chocolate bars, chocolate bunnies, chocolate eggs......:inlove::inlove::inlove: sorry went off into chocolate heaven for a sec there xD. It's Cadbury all the way for me (one of the most, if not THE most popular choc brand here in the UK!!!) Can't wait to snaffle some yummy Easter Eggs this weekend...if I get any that is.... After that Galaxy is another yummy one and then Nestle goods. Oh and Kinder egg chocolate...mmm, that too! :p

Who mentioned Chocolate? We went shopping a couple of days ago and came back with far too much! Of course it is all for the grandchildren (who am I trying to kid?) I have already eaten a bar of Galaxy Caramel Chocolate - was on special offer. Be interesting to see how much is left when they go home on Monday and how much the scales groan when I step on them. I also love plain chocolate Digestive biscuits from Lidl. It is funny how they talk to you as you pass by and leap out into your hand. Naughtby biscuits! :music:

You are right. I should have put this in Gabfest. I must have been in need of some chocolate for my brain. My apologies, Mods. Please move this thread to Gabfest.

    (Chocolate for everyone!)

EDIT: Thank you Mods! May the Easter Bunny leave lots of chocolate goodies at your office door!)

I am not a chocoholic, but appreciate it, I am forbidden from chocolate because of the diabetes, but some times I sneak some but it had to replace a meal or snack, calories have to be calculated, my weakness is white chocolate, and I can't control my self if I get the nutella spread, even it is not considered chocolate (hazelnut cream with coco) but my mom and sister definitely chocoholics with exotic taste for bitter chocolate, dark chocolate, and any kind they can get, they wake up in the night to eat some chocolate and go sleep again.

We are an equal opportunity thread. :)

We welcome everyone. (Including all those Farmerama addicts, too!)

However, we meet on the night of the full moon! (When all the lunatics are about. xD )
