crazy chicken?

I see a new animal in my chicken breeding market line-up. Its "crazy chicken." What are they and how do we get them?

The only crazy chicken I knew of was the pet and neighbor chickens?

 

You'll like crazy chickens. You'll need a few of them to complete the chicken breeding quest - tier 4, if I remember right. They come along with some frequency when I breed chickens. They also fetch a fairly decent price at the market.

Edited to add: I was wrong - tier 5 - after silkies (which are tier 4). Takes 3 - one each for silver, gold and diamond.

Second edit: They fetch around 30,000CC on my market (#9)

 

Isn't it just a change of graphics @woody ? I noticed this too but there's still only 8 versions of chickens available!

 

I just went back and checked.. I already completed that level. Apparently, I have had them and just missed it. Thought it went right from silkies to gumbo... or maybe, as noted above, it is a change of graphics.

(I think my forgetting is a more likely explanation than F adding a new animal!)

 

i have always seen crazy chickens from the start. collecting them now to build orange pens. for some reason chickens have gone crazy in my market past few days, which is good for me since i sell them. chickens hit 400cc today, silky average 18k and crazy up to 40k+. but i only buy crazy when they drop to around 25k, meaning i havnt bought any for some time now.

 

The crazy chicken used to be called a Cuckoo. When they decided to start with the Cuckoo creatures, they changed this, about a year ago I guess it was.
