As someone new to the game, I really need the stars... point in fact, when I have enough items to fulfill a Silver quest level but the level above needs the same number of items to fulfill the diamond quest level - I'll choose the diamond quest over the silver because it gives 3 stars versus one for silver.

Therefore, the lack of stars on this event quest, mean that I am going to pick and choose and do the levels I want to get the rewards that I want and that's that. I still can't access my beanstalk and thus, the cloudrow isn't the most important thing to me at this moment in time. Stars on the other hand? I'd be happy to poke my farm until my fingers are inflamed for a boatload of stars...

 

I have no idea what I'm going to do with this event. I really, really want that cloud row and the wolf pen and tree would be nice to have. But, this coming week is going to be insane for me. I don't know if I'm going to try to fit the event in around real life or make a fortune selling chickens and poo around my schedule.

 

Well, I want the cloud row so I'm in - just need some more piggies since I've been breeding them and am down on stock. However, I'm only doing the parts that will give me what I need for the cloud row and giver items.

 

I am going after the Cloud Row (plus deco's) as the extra Herbal Elixirs will be very welcome! If and when I reach that goal I will then decide if to do the few steps I've missed out. I still need some more goats and pigs but I have all my pens out so should hopefully manage to get enough by the end of the event.
I am not a new player but at level 79 I still have sooo much still to unlock on the Tree and I am really missing those stars now. I just don't understand why they're still not back in the rewards. My next goal is for the LL rune 'cos I'm fed up of carting them bloomin' trophies about but I have all of 1 star atm....

And I too would like to add it's a big thumbs down from me that yet again they are not giving the FULL harvester functions as reward!

Mhm.. I'd really like to get the wolf & hedgehog as they keep avoiding me so far, but from Thursday noon on I won't be able to farm more than once, maybe now and then twice a day for the rest of the event. Which means I'd need about 2800 Majoram and 1450 hops. Wonder if it is even worth starting it and if there is enough time for it...

 

What I think now, removing power feed and full harvester options from the rewards, is BP's answer to our angry feed back and remarks, they are playing with us accordingly for saying we are reducing or stopping spending on this game by removing these to push us more for spending, and saying sorry, removing the stars was a mistake is something and bringing stars back that is something else, they have taken the decision and there is no turning back, at least not for now, as for this event, I am prepared, I have all the animals required, tomorrow I shall set up my all fields for the Hops deluxe, and I will try to finish quickly and then turn to the 4 hours crop, I don't know but I have a bad feeling about the event drop items, may be because of the announcement, that it is going to be a hard event, I hope it is a false alarm, good luck all.

 

I'm trying to see what as a new player I would even get out of this event. If I'm not participating there is no crop for me to sell as I'm assuming I can't sell the event crops. I have no interest in selling off my animals right before a breeding event comes up which I am interested in participating in. I don't have enough of the tree fruits in my barn to make selling what I do have profitable. Finally since I can't earn any stars, which is my main focus right now, I don't see the benefit to changing my fields to produce the event crops.

So basically I can sell manure and hope the prices on my market go up. They are currently still well below 100cc per unit.

I might do some of the silver ones for the EP and CC and perhaps I might see if I can get the hedgehog stall but that would be the maximum. Goes without saying that if they had attached stars to this I would be trying to do as much as possible.

 

I'll be doing this one, as I have all the necessary ingredients except crops and drops. I leave for vacation Sunday, but should have plenty of time to finish before we go, can plant in between packing, cooking, cleaning, and finding gear . I like the rewards of this event, tho am disgusted by the continuing lack of stars, especially as the new permanent quest also is starless . The CR is useful, especially for those who have just opened or are low level in the spa, as you will find you devour elixirs faster than you can get them at the beginning. I won't be here for the breeding event, (which is depressing because if it gives a CR like the last 2, I'll be sorry I missed it) so am going to go all in for this one. Good luck everyone!

 

For those that are needing stars and wanting to skip this event, you will make a lot of CC by selling chickens, goats, and pigs and their manure. Put out all of those pens you have and sell, sell, sell...you will make enough CC to buy things you need to do FSQ and gain stars. Good luck to each of you

 

100cc is a very good price for Manure. It is only since the recent change in the way you could store manure that the price has risen so much, it used to be sold for as low as 2cc between events. I keep about 100 chicken coops which I used to put out when I first started. You will get the initial investment back instantly! The main problem was making sure I had enough feed!

And, no, you cannot sell the event crops!

well, the lack of stars makes it a little simpler. I am not going to finish this event because of it (like the last 2 before Easter).
I am going for the CR, the needed decorations and the wolf pens. Then maybe for the hedgehog also.
Less crops and drops are need. So much more relaxing.

Actually during the combo Easter event and MM I was selling manure at 250cc each, and I was still selling below others. While just the Easter event was going on the prices were right around 200 and the last day the bottom fell out and they dropped down to around 70cc each. So I'm thinking I may sit on my one cc product and see how my market goes.

 

I think farmerumf means that 100cc is a good price for buying, not for selling. Buy it now, when it's only 100cc, and sell it later when it's twice as much.

 

I've sold manure as low as 50. Seen it on my market as low as 35 or so. High on my market was around 200 - and I did sell some at or near that price during the comics #8 event. Right now on Market #9 it's hovering just over $100 and there are over 1000 offers available. So Market's getting pretty saturated.

 

I've been in the hospital since the 4th. I'm so lost and am still not thinking clearly.

i work full time, so i will have a late start.. but i will do what I can and get as far as I can.... Would love the wolf dens and the Tilia Trees as well as the cloud row. I am not in fantasy land though, seems the event crops may be too much for me to get out in time. I will try to relax and do what I am capable of.... period. Thank you Sillyguy for the breakdown of all necessary items..! I will fill all fields tonight with long term crops. Good luck to all!
