Forwarded Database Issues

Howdy Farmers,

At the moment we have few database problems, therefore you will not be able to send in-game messages to your fellow farmers, nor invite players to your friend list / neighbours list. You will get a pop-up notice saying the "User doesn't exist".

The Game Team is on it and we will keep you updated with any news we receive.

Our developers found the problem and will start a script to fix this for every affected player. This script will take a few hours.

The script finished around 1:00 am CEST and all usernames should have their old usernames back. The in game messages, friend requests, etc should be working again without problems. Unfortunately, "Otto" will stay with us in some parts of the farm: market, gift logs, etc - from where they will be removed as soon as the offers are bought/expired and the gift logs become outdated (14 dates).

Howdy Farmers,

We received some reports that users still get the message "user doesn’t exist" when they want to invite neighbours, for example, or write messages. The Team checked it again and we still have around 100.000 users who are not fixed.

The script will run for this players and we will inform you when it's done.

The script ran and all users should be fixed now, as well as the wrong nicknames on gift log, market offers, etc.
