Farmerama Chocoholics (not so) Anonymous

My oven is fired up and ready! All dogs have 1/2 acre to play in out back and we can proceed with meetings indoors, so that no other mishaps will occur!! Help yourselves to the refrigerator, cabinets, and pantry for all of your needs. You're not company anymore, you're family!!

 

I think I have grown enough wheat for the flour, my egg supply is good, I'm loaded with salt. I could use some sugar or I could substitute some honey instead. I've got both cocoa and carob although I won't use the carob unless someone tells me I need an additional cake with the chocolate substitute due to allergies. But I'm at a loss for baking soda. Can anyone with an Alchemist shop supply this critical element? (Just wanted to tie this thread into Farmerama. )

I could use some help making the frosting! Seems to me I remember a striking display of cupcakes from you, Arielh! I think you'd be great for the job!

I have both sugar and honey trees on the farm! Arielh is the designated frosting maker! We can head over to Walmart's farm market for the baking soda that we need. I hear it is going for 50 CC each pack!

Save your money at Walmart my alchemist may come in handy - the gnomes are making the baking powder.

 

Just watch those gnomes. You don't want them to make a volcano in your lab!

 

Well, if they do then they will clearly be the reason that the next chocolate cake disappears!

 

Calling all members! The calendar is out for June and there is another EXTENDED MM going on! You know what that means? Another extended FCnsA meeting! We will need extra refreshments for this meeting so everyone that is able and willing, let us know what you will be donating! The Board of Directors thanks you!

 

Yay for the extended MM and the FCnsA meeting with lots of chocolate to keep me awake! Really need to finish the crops for crow breeding! (I'll get back to you on what I can bring.)

 

Hmmm...I've got a birthday in the midst of all that so I'm thinking it's going to be cake. I'm not a fan of icing they use for birthday cakes, which is literally shortening and sugar so it will be chocolate. Just not sure what kind yet.

 

So the next FCnsA meeting will coincide with a birthday party
I will bring chocolate spoons for the cake
