    Requirements:

    25 Wooly-snout Cuckoos
    21 Rabbit-eared Cowkoos
    11 Mustachioed Cuckoos
    3 Punkoos

I went back and did better calculations:

Starting from scratch with no skips/twins:
100 Cuckoos are needed for the 25 Wooly-snout Cuckoos
336 Cuckoos are needed for the 21 Rabbit-eared Cowcoos
704 Cuckoos are needed for the 11 Mustachioed Cuckoos
768 Cuckoos are needed for the 3 Punkoos
    for a total of:
    1908 Cuckoos

Minimum to get all three givers and the cloud row.
    7 Wooly-snout cuckoos (step 1 silver, step 2 silver)
    13 Rabbit-eared Cowcoos (step 3 silver, gold, diamond (Egg-cellence), step 4 silver)
9 Mustachioed Cuckoos (step 5 silver, gold (Barnstormers), step 6 silver, gold, diamond (Kickflip Halfpipe))
3 Punkoos (step 7 silver, gold, diamond (cloud row))

    Rewards:

STARS Except for step 6 Platinum. :)

    180300 EP
    48600 CC
    75 Pheromones
    60 PF
    75 Cuckoos
    45 Cuckoo Feed
    12 Pink Jelly
    1 Egg-cellence
    6 XL Toolboxes
    1 Event sticker
    1 Barnstormers
    3 3hr Harvest Helper Coupons
    4 Combs
    1 Kickflip Halfpipe
    1 Orange upgrade Moustache salon
1 Cloud row (themed, requires Egg-cellence, Barnstormers and Kickflip Halfpipe)

For 75 stars, if you haven't already opened it, you can get the Cuckoo Breeding package (I) which contains 20 Wooly-snout cuckoos and other items.

There will be a new tool item "comb" needed for future building of Moustache Salons and both Cuckoo pen Upgrades and Salon Upgrades. You can earn 4 in the quest but it takes at least 5 to build anything in the workshop. Expect it to be like zen rakes, scrap metal and drip tanks.

There will be a Baby Boom Day(s) and Power Feed Sales.

It is the permanent moustache salon awarded if you completed the last quest. The reward here is an upgrade for it.

I am only of Those Farmers who have attempted at Cuckoo Breeding in The Past. As we had four Mini Cuckoo Breeding Events in The Past The Agent Punkoo is the 5th Cuckoo Mini Event.

From Previous Cuckoo Breeding Events I so far got 7 Cuckoo Coops, 4 Moustache Saloons and 2 Orange Moustache Saloons. As By Completing Level 7 Gold we can get Another one of These Moustache Saloon II Orange

Each Moustache Saloon II Orange Requires 4 Paints, 12 Machine Parts, 2 Scissors and 10 Combs and 4 Punkoo To Make. You can only get this from Agent Punkoo Event.

Also From Previous Cuckoo Breeding I have 192 Woolly Snout Cuckoos, 37 Rabbit Eared Cuckoos, 9 Mastachioed Cuckoos. Which Helps me almost Do up to Level 6 Almost without me Any Need to Do Any Cuckoo Breeding. I am Going to Do Cuckoo Breeding Anyway have lots of Fun Guess What including this Mini Cuckoo Event we will have 7 Cuckoo Quests to Work with 6 of them will be permanent :p

Am I right in thinking that if you start from scratch to do the breeding that it will require 58 PF to complete this? Not counting any skips or extras from BBD. That seems low to me, so I'm suspicious of my math. o_O

Edit: I don't know why I even try to sort out math stuff. Took another look and yes I'm way, way, way off. Hopefully one of the more mathematically inclined players will figure that number out.

I have completed enough Cuckoo Events that I have the cloud row completed. I don't, however have many of the breeding level cuckoos left and will be working on those during the BBD! Hope to complete this event for the cloud row, the 4 combs and the workshop upgrade. :)

    EDIT:

Clashstrummer, if you are talking starting from basic cuckoos without the benefit of the wooly-snouts from the tree, you would need 50 PF just to get the 25 wooly-snouts needed. Or are you taking into account the PF garnered from the event?

Clashstrummer, I don't see a point in calculating how much PF you need without skips and baby boom. It is very misleading, because during baby boom it takes a lot less :) (and that can't be calculated) But, from what I remember, I can usually finish a quest like this starting with about 200 PF, possibly also using the PF rewards. This quest might take a little more though, as they have added an extra level (level 5).

-.- I have been workin' my tail off to get the stars needed for the livin legion.
Now I have to give up 75 stars for an event that gives no stars? that will hurt.
I will of course, As I need every bean stick I can get, my beanstalk is sad:sleepy:
Is this going to be an easy/medium/hard event?

I was mostly just trying to assess if I needed to spend the 75 stars on the breeding rune. Seems like if I want to be able to get any of the other breeding I want to accomplish done I'm going to need to. At this moment there are no stars listed for the event, that may be a mistake and if it is then spending the others on the rune is not so bad.

Keltic, you don't have to. It depends what is more valuable to you, PF or stars. Opening that rune will save you about 30 PF.

How much PF do you have? Remember, you don't need to finish the event to get the cloud row. I would leave out level 2 gold and diamond and level 5 diamond.

    Edit: changed 3 to 2 :)

Hi Clashstrummer and 100Keltic. The Two New Cuckoo Quests will be given Stars that for Sure, But Sadly at the wrong time.As it Seem All other five Cuckoo Quests including this one will not be giving stars. I Hope This Will Change for those who need stars Badly. But There is a Strategy to be able to buying Breeding Cuckoos From the Markets once they come available as it does help unlock parts of 7 Cuckoo Quests that gives Power Feeds as Rewards. But By the Time you do this The BBD has Ended as All Permanent Cuckoo Quests are Made Available after the Agent Cuckoo and BBD Event has Ended.

It works out that there is no point getting the Cloud Row. But it is worth getting The Three Bahm EP Givers of Egg-celence, Barnstomers and Kickflip Halfpipe. Use these with Buffs and Pets gives you More Bahm EP than the cloud row does !!!

In The Past we have to complete Mini Cuckoo Breeding Quests, without the Option to Buy Breeding Cuckoos From The Markets. But This Time we will be able too. I have a feeling these Breeding Cuckoos will get Expensive as they will be require to fulfill 7 Cuckoo Quests into Total. Minus the The Short timed Agent Cuckoo Quest.

My advise to save as Many Power Feeds as you Can, use them wisely. Also if you can buy some Breeding Cuckoos with CC. I have to Agree with Mir85 it does vary to how many PF is needed to complete this Quest. You will save many PF if you work on this Quest during BBD Event ;)

    Hi Mir85,
I have 424 PF, finished a lot of quest! lol. At this point I only care about getting the basics for the farm, PF not an issue, the stars hurt, it is not hard to get the quest done, it hard to get the time to finish them, all these lovely quest with candy, need more candy.:inlove:
Ok, I will skip them Thank-you!;)

Mooboy, the 4 old cuckoo quests must give stars, because they had stars before ;) Also for new players, the cloud row is worth getting, because they don't have shipwreck bay open, and maybe they don't have pets. I will of course, like you, put the items on shipwreck bay, where (with pets) they will give me more BEP than the cloud row :)

Keltic, then skip them for sure :) You can always open the runes sometime in the future when you have lots of stars :D

Really? I can't fail then, as long as I get at least the EP givers.
Ahh, yes, Mir85, I am not up to the ship, I still have to open 4th land plot o_O as for pets owls, 1 crow, That be it, I play rezo but that dragon is a far far item at my rate lol.

Sadly I Don't have many CC'S, I been spending them on farm needs and barn needs, apples I have to buy, go threw way to many to grow. cookoo's, and more..... I need to sell some things soon.

    I see:

I only got 121 my math says 145 is needed, sad. what one is best? stars I complain about, but I want to stay current in the game, and that means getting the candy.

Keltic, the EP givers will be very good to get, regardless if you get the cloud row or not :) But I think you would rather not fill up bahamarama with EP givers, so getting the cloud row will be better right now ;)

PS. I am also not sure if the items can be put on bahamarama. Lately some of the EP/BEP items can be placed on the mainland (all fields or park) for EP or on shipwreck bay for BEP, but not on baha. Don't know about these items.

Attempting the math on the numbers needed to complete starting from scratch this is what I come up with.

    1808 cuckoos
    452 Wooly-snout
    113 Rabbit-ear
    23 Moustachioed
    3 Punkoo

That is simply looking at it taking 4 animals to get one of the next level up. So it takes 12 Moustachioed to get the 3 Punkoos, add that 12 to the 11 needed for the quest and you get 23 and so on for the rest of them. This is not taking into account any skips or BBD just the bare bones numbers of animals needed. Kind of scary.

Please correct me if I'm wrong but I don't see how else it adds up at the rate of 4 to 1. Not great news for those of us not sitting on a giant stock of cuckoos in the barn.

My plan is to wait until BBDs start on Fri, then do the breeding. I have very few of the breeding runes except for the required ones. And the most valuable, such as faster breeding and "twins" runes. The rest as not important. Personally I think the LL rune is one of the most important. More important than the breeding pkgs.

In general... Assuming one has the "twins" rune and waits for BBDs, it takes about 200 PF and, if I remember correctly, about 200-300 basic critters to complete a breeding quest. I don't think I did any of the previous cuckoo breeding quests last year. Or maybe partially. I'll be doing this one this week. And maybe some of the others.

True, the flowers are getting pushie enough, not enough land.
So I am thinking cuckoo starting pack?
Even if I fall on my face.....again, I need to try for it all.
