There are none for sale here either... But there was a problem at the start of the event, it wasn't possible to sell them at all, so that was what I was referring to

 

Ahh thank you 100 Keltic ...usually am still trying to get it all together on the last day of events and don't always reach the end ...was stunned that it was that easy ...think the rune from the wisdom tree helped

 

I was not aware that the red sheep shearing shed gives 2 products. That's terrific news.

This helped me figure out what I'll do -I was too hesitant-: I already have all the coloured cuckoos needed for Agent Punkoo -among them, 14 punkoos saved-, but I was wondering what to do with some of the other -all unfinished- cuckoo quests: I'd need 8 punkoos for getting the red sheep workshop from Covert Cuckoos, which would translate into a punkoo leftover count of 3. But I'd also like to get the red sheep pen -incredibly, I have got none from any of the MS events- from Cuckoo Kids, meaning another 5 punkoos (and, hence, leaving in need of getting at least 2 more from breeding/market). I don't know if I'll go for this last one.

I'll anyway wait till BB to breed and complete Agent Punkoo and, based on what I'll be able to get, re-assess what I'll complete of the other cuckoo quests.

(By the way, for those especially interested in B-EPs, the givers -all 3 of them- will serve your purpose better if placed in parks, if you have at least 2 owls. With 6 owls active at harvest (twice or thrice a day), they'll yield 50+% more B-EPs than if placed in the CR. For those unable to complete the event, try at least to get the Kickflip Halfpipe giver: best ever B-EP-giver in game so far, even 25% better than Monster Bed from the Dreadful Dinner event. I don't know what I'll do, though, because not using the CR would mean a noticeable reduction in my EPs daily yield).

 

Glad I could help Aluntino I studied all the upgrades a long time ago, and noticed those two workshops. The red sheep shearing shed was the first red stall I ever build/got The pink sheep shearing shed has the same run time, but gives a bit more EP. The pink bat guano takes significantly longer than the red one, so the only good thing about it is the bat-mobile

I've just checked the building requirements and have already made up my mind: I'll definitely go for the red sheep shearing shed (3 glitters needed: I have them, but I'd feel insane if I threw them there) but I ruled out trying to get the red sheep pen (or, in that same Cuckoo Kids quest, the orange sheep shearing shed): only 3 snuggles are needed to build one if I some time decide to, and I have 21 of them. (In fact, I'll compare -not now, not during the event but in several weeks time- the cost of buying from market 3 snuggles with the one of 5 punkoos; I bet the latter will be much higher once the bred-cuckoos market gets stabilized).

 

The Permanent Cuckoo Quests that gives Red or Pink Animals or Workshop as Prizes is well worth Getting by Buying Cuckoo Breeding Animals from the Market when they become available or during BBD is to Breeding Cuckoos or low level Cuckoo Breeding Animals. That it is to spend lots of PF to get High Level Breeding Animals to Craft these pens Via The Workshop. Also use up lots of Tools

But Getting these High Value Pens save you lots of PF, CC and your Barn Stock of Tools that can be used to Make other useful Workshops such Moustache Salon II Orange....These will be harder to Make due to shortage or lit stock of Combs needed to Craft these Pens

It Nice to hear we can get Red Production pens that gives us to two Products and Good EP But Do not get good CC really when sell these products in the Markets. Reaping Products uses these pens not so effective but gives good EP. I am going to Try Focus on Getting as Many Moustache Salon II Orange and Moustache Salon as I can As Fake Moustache will Remain High Priced Product since there will be a new Permanent Quest asking for them.

Also it Helps me used my Crazy Amounts of Cuckoos in my Barn too as they require 8 Cuckoos Each. Plus They do not take to long to Grow compared to all other Production Pens either 8 Hours or 5 Hour 20 Mins without Water and Buffs. Using Buffs and Water it will be very effective Fake Moustache Production Machine. We Shall Wait and see as but going to need a fair amount of Punkoos and Combs to do this.

I have no more room in my park or Shipwreck bay so mine will probably go in the clouds. Yes, with pets, they would be better on the island but then I would have to add more deco items to clunk around in the dark and dusty closet. I do have a spreadsheet that calculates all the EP per plot per hour but with lots going on in RL right now, it is just easier to put it in the clouds...

I know...not great strategy but it is what works for me for now. Will probably regret that I did not figure it out sooner....

Arielh, I believe they were referring to breeding level cuckoos, not base cuckoos. However, if you have cuckoos on your market at that price and have the CCs to buy them, I would. You can always use them for your Animal Trophy or for making moustaches.

Have you checked out all the FSQs that you haven't finished in case you can get some there? Or perhaps you have not opened a breeding rune or two on the Tree of Wisdom? There are some that give PF - if you have enough stars of course.
