I may be reading that last line wrong but it's not a great idea to have out pens you can't feed. Put that Panda and chopstick factory in storage until you either buy food or get the bamboo to make it. Space is far to precious for you to have out not producing pens.

lol, down to 3cc here. i never saw a product die so fast. good percentage of my income gone. i cant even be bothered to click 10 times to go and post it, just let it go to waste.

 

That is how it used to be before we could buy unlimited amounts of manure (for a while). Between events the price plummets.

 

Yep, I should have let more of that thought reach my fingers, But yes, during breeding, You wrote a bit to tell another farmer that during breeding if EP is also a goal, place on the wisdom area as it gives a tad more.

It's all in storage, I was thinking at the time of typing that I just know I would have use the tools on something else that is why you<myself> need to just make it and store it. Be real with yourself! lol.
Also remembering hinting to a unmentioned froggie type farmer that bats are always welcome here, I would even send them a starving panda as I got it and still need to open bamboo... yeah smart of me.

When it is low, it is a good time to grow long crops. I have also used it in the florist.

 

I tried my first refinements in the greenhouse. I did some sunflowers in a small batch and got an Early Bloomer refinement. Then I tried some violets in a medium batch and got Water Love. I hope I'm doing the right thing by filling them into the boxes in the plant refinery. I've read those instructions a few times and it seems that's all I need to do. I'm much more willing to try now that I know I will get some of the plants back if I don't get a refinement.

 

saving 10% growing time not good enough, long crops i have open only sell 90-110cc, 2 harvests a day at best will lose to many cc's compared to raising chickens. better ep for the crops though.

i also started with wheat trying to get 10% early bloomer, 10min wheat is just way toooooo long. 5/6 tries past couple days no refinements, get some wheat back. i have read the faq and the strategy post a dozen times, still confusing. was thinking of starting a post and stating step by step what im doing and what is next possible step. trial and error seems the only way i will learn how it works. larger batches you get to continue, you need to go to plant refinery and actually accept the refinement for it to work, only allowed 4 refinements with option to buy 2 extras. i think im starting to come around and will figure it out in the next week or so.

 

Good on you, I looked at it, read the how to but never got past the free boxes or pay to open, one day, just to much for my half a marble brain, I hope you do all of them to what you want to improve.

 

Clearly, trying to do too much. Hoping to focus on levelling up confectionary. But then I need more GB so *must* level up Baha. But then ... and then ... LOL! Farmerama promotes ADD.

The main field is needed for moonlight mania also.
Per the feed... compare prices. I tend to buy my feed now and save my mill for powerfeed, with a few exceptions. Even when I mill, I "high grade" -- I will sell more expensive fruits (and animals) to buy the cheaper ones. That said, I have learned to keep a "base" stalk of at least 100 each (actually now I am up to 200, but I started with 100).

 

I'm finally going to working on refinements. I read the FAQ a long time ago and was just too confused . Then I kinda put it aside and forgot about this area. Hopefully I can figure it out now

 

All great points and I am aiming for them, The feed I am working on now a lot have good numbers, goal to have all cushionie , I buy the tree fruit more and more, one day will buy the basic crops, right now, need to mill it and grow it, still one lower level farmer.

I am getting real close to having all I need in basics on the farm, it's slow but when I am done it will be all feeding itself. But so slow

 

thnx in part to this bbd it brought up the price of monkey back to 2000cc and decided to start selling. also gave me a chance to sell some breed animals. last week made a wheat run and started selling 180k wheat i had accumulated. so i decided to go through my barn and see what exactly what extras i could sell.
5 days ago i had reached a low of under 4000cc, 2 days ago i finally broke the 1M cc barrier after 3 months of play and now sit at...
