Hi Arielh :) I think you can do it with comfort fields. You can place 169 comfort fields if you use the whole farm, fill the edges with trees for drops. If you use pumpkin jam you need less than 7 harvests to get the crops. Then plant long term crops to get the drops. Also post in the SOS thread as soon as it opens, that will help too ;) I think you can make it, good luck!

And good luck to you too TC!

Thanks, Mir. I'm pretty sure I'll do it as I've done it before with comfort fields.

This Event Rewards you with The Cloud Row that Gives CAC Every 48 Hours. It Good News to Farmers who are not level 4 Confectionery, Probably no need for CAC Receipe too as Can Buy CAC Cheaper than they are now. Not Good News to those who craft CAC to sell for Profits.

For Me it Helps as I can use the Sugar to Make EM as I won loads of CAC from the Last MM Event Anyway enough to keep me going for a fair while too. Plus we get back some CAC from Events too as Rewards. But CAC sales for about 55k In my Market they were selling for 60K so Slowly coming down in Price. They were selling as High as 300K each couple years ago.

I got Plenty of Woods and Paint in my Barn for this Event. But some of you may struggle with this event with shortage of Woods or Paints. If you been making lots of Workshops Lately.

It is going to be Hard Event if you have less than 50 Paints and 330 Woods which is needed to complete this Event. I am one of those Farmers who use CAC nearly all the time as i am crop farmer.

I am happy that Event Plant Paint Jar Plant is only 4 Hours Crop. So No Need to Use Manure Except for Nuking the Event Seedings. Water will be just fine plus can grow them on Bahamarama too to helps Reap 15,000 Paint Jar Plants. In about 2 to 3 Days using CAC

Sorry for those who misunderstood been buying up Timber and Paint Palettes. As They should read the Event FAQ Carefully. ;)

Another thing about tools. Tool boxes we win are now put in our decorations inventory. I've just opened 5 packs from there.

I'm not sure I will use the island, the FAQ does not say we will get BEP for the event plants. But with a 4 hour crop using the other 3 fields it should not take that long.

    Hi!
Layer events never had stars to begin with. :)

Unfortunately I'm going to be AFK Friday - Monday  (but I should be able to log in ~once per day), but I'm still going to try to complete the event (I want that cloud row xD).

    My plan (comments/improvements welcome):
    1) Plant Carnations and XXL trees tonight (replacing all short-time stables/workshops) ready to harvest for the drops tomorrow morning when the event starts.

    2) Spend Wednesday nuking the seedlings (WI, SG/SSG/W/M as many times as makes sense) and harvesting with PJ (gradually transitioning from 2x2's to 2x1's to 1x1's) until I have enough to fill all four fields of 1x1 plots.

    3) Then, eat a CAC and I should have all of the event plants I need by mid-afternoon Thursday (no, I'm not planning to sleep Wednesday night. :p) At that point I'll transition back to Carnations/trees for the drops (trying to find an opportunity to log in once a day over the weekend) and start the mill(s) to make all of the sketchbooks over the weekend (I should have the drops necessary for those by then).
    4) Hopefully I'll have the drops I need to donate before the event ends. :)

Arielh and TC, I'm in the same position as will be at work so I will have to use CF's as well. I don't think it should be that difficult really and Mir, thank you for your maths, I will use that as a guide :). What a wonderful CR eh?? It is a shame it will probably affect the price of CAC but I am very glad to (hopefully) get a CR that gives one for sure! :D We've had some really great CR's recently..thanks BP! :)

As usual, good luck to everyone taking part in the event. I will keep my eye on the SOS thread (that I'm sure the lovely illy will be providing!:)) for anyone in need of help...I might be on there myself lol. Enjoy!

This event looks like it will be pretty easy! My thanks to all of you who have crunched the numbers and offered the varying strategies to get it done! :inlove::inlove:That cloud row though!!:inlove::inlove: I had been watching for a sale on the CAC recipe, and with this row I just might get something else instead. I really feel for those who have produced them for large profits in the past :wuerg:, that price is sure to go down.
Good luck to all who choose to participate! It looks like it might be a good time to take a screen grab of the farm too! That plant sure is pretty!:D

Looking forward to this event. I really like the look of the crop. And the reward of CAC every 48 hours (or so). Saves me money on buying sugar. I do have a bit of a sweet tooth :p

Pepsishot so you are one of those who spend money on sugar as i never brought sugar on my farm as i have earned all my sugar still have over 20,000 Sugar in my barn. Sometimes I do buy CAC with CC since we are getting a cloud row that gives CAC no need to spend money on sugar nor need to craft them either. As CAC prices in my market had already fallen down to 50K from 60K some farmers ate selling surplus CAC in Barn get much CC for CAC As they can.

We will be getting 4 x CAC for this Event as Reward too plus CAC Every 48 Hours after this event is completed

Hey Mir85 i wonder if this Event will be first Event to be completed on using Comfort Fields on it own lol would that be nice surprise MMM:p

Probably yes, how many fields do you want to use? And how many times a day can you harvest?

Thank-you all for your mind work on this.;)

I almost missed this grand event due to assuming on my part, will read all from now on and never assume.
Thanks for telling me the mills will be used I had some really big ones in them slots, got them in time before another 15 hour one went in, thanks.

Not being all that, but a peep from me, as you all know by now I am dazed and confused, < to bad I can't change my name> but when I read the need of paint my mind so did not go to my other items in my barn, as I have never had an event that called for items in my other area. I would have never gone mentally to paint cans or my wood boards, I now will hold 200 of each item in the barn, I was this close to making a sheep shearing workshop, out of all the boards I had, luck I have it, it seems on this one.
So I feel for them farmers that thought of turkey and beaver items, I would have been one of them too, if not for almost missing this event.o_O

Now to go figure time I have issues here too I need big crop to grow before the 1st harvest, I want this worse than MM row!

I will still get the recipe when I get to lv 4 I am looking forward to using it on long time crops and events I love that stuff.:inlove:

As I work full time, I will also use comfort fields until the week end, and even then.... I think my work has mandated us to work Saturday this week as well, to make up for the holiday on Monday. I am so excited about the rewards of this event, but I can sympathize with those who have purchased the CAC recipe and worked hard to get to level 4. I am sure there is a method to their madness and some new confection might be on the horizon.... who knows? Thank you for all the clarifications on the items necessary to complete the event and all of your different methods to complete it. Good Luck everyone and again.... have fun with it!!
