Did you see the post above this picture? It says there, that the feathers will drop from animal houses only. The worms seems to be the usual drop. And of course both will be milled for bait. Don't know if other things are also needed.

Yes, Dienstag. Feathers are drop items which can be got from the stables only. There will be no event crops. So it will not be a bother.

Some more news. You will need 'machine part' tools to make the bait. earthworms + feathers + machine parts = bait/lures.
