Okay, I gave in to my FOCD and bought the large basket, so I'm good for drops now. Thank you to all those who took pity on li'l ol' me and sent me drops . CJ, thank you especially for sending out an SOS to your neighbors for me, it was greatly appreciated. I only need like 80 drops, and I'll get that easily, so please redirect drops to anyone else still in need. Also, let me know who I can send to as thanks for all the help. I'll be able to finish this event after all, as I used some of my rainy day hoard of SG on my fields (all three full of 1x1, done 3 times ), so crops will be done tomorrow, as will the plumes. I think I've taken my level of FOCD to new heights this time around, lol, but what can I say, just gotta farm!

 

120 Sea salt and 1 more harvest on all three fields should see me done. Just step 1 gold and platinum to complete. Will plant long crops if more drops needed although the cost of this drop is cheaper than other events if I succumb to buying them.

I've got all my seaweed done. Plume feed done. Plumes progressing. 69 sea salt left to drop. I think it is looking good to finish today.

one more harvest of plumes and ill have all the trees. that was my goal. only built 10 stables to save the wood to go towards more biolabs. gratz to all who finished, hope you get nice things.

 

Congrat's to all who have finished so far! I am much further along than I thought I would be but I think it will be close. Not sure I can get enough drops to complete as I still need 230 sea salt.

All though this was a tough event, I just used very very less SGs. Glad about it.

You can do it, LDC, as our minimum drop per day was 242 drops. You have enough time to complete this event. Less 30 hours (more than 1 day) from now.

Both my farms need less than the minimum daily average drop requirement (this farm needs 152, Chevrefeuille needs 182). This seems like a lot but I have calculated that I have been getting more than the daily average drop requirement (and I didn't really start off with a great "first harvest" strategy, just hit and miss!) so I am confident that I will make it by tomorrow morning.

If I haven't reduced that by what I consider a reasonable amount by this evening I will fill my fields with trees and/or carnations (got 50+ from a field of carnations this morning so three fields like that should make a huge dent in the Sea Salts needed!).

I am really enjoying the challenge of this event. Well done all those that have finished (kudos!) and good luck to all those still going for it!

 

Got my last lot of crops in now and I have all the drops etc. I'm really pleased I am able to finish it, it was hard.

Absolutely, no one lose hope.... Last night before I went to bed I needed 416 drops, when i got up this morning and harvested it knocked my drops needed count down to 280. For some this might not sound fantastic, but for me, it is incredible and with some more harvests I should be able to complete this.... I did however break my market place it seems, trying to buy some manure. *break, meaning it doesn't seem to be working at all.
