I absolutely love the plume pools, wish they didn't disappear at the end of the event so we could keep them; it's also really helpful that they give poop and require very few tools to build. It is definitely hard and really can't be done without various buffs, but for me the challenge is welcome. I'm not overly fond of the seaweed graphics or the required number of plants given that it is an 8 hr crop - makes it difficult to work around work/school etc.

Thanks to the players help in the strategy discussion, I realize I will not be able to participate. I had started growing the seaweed, but stopped. I will be unable to do much for 3 days, which make it impossible to do the quest. A quest requesting as many steps as this one should be either a permanent one or at least should give us more time to do it. May be some steps could be timed, but with the possibilities to restart if one fails.
Some people would welcome the challenge, but working, studying, or just plain busy players will not be able to do it.

Challenging is the best way I can describe this event. We have been warned that it is a hard one, but the rewards are good. I like the plume pools, particularly the amount of tropical ep they give and two manure as well, a very pleasant change from previous events which tended to reward you with less ep for growing event crops. Drops so far have been good as well so here is hoping that they continue. Not so sure about the seaweed crop, it reminds me a bit of the MM crop 'Braincoli' which never was one of my favourites, but then again, how can you make seaweed look attractive? The eight hour crop suits me, although I expect that there are a lot of players who will not be too happy about it. All in all, I quite like the event and should be able to complete it.

I don't expect to complete due to real life, but the ep givers look lovely, so I hope to get a couple.
It is quite challenging, but the rewards deserve the effort that people will put in

Kelley1, plume pool will only show up in your Bahamarama animal inventory as it can only be placed on Bahamarama. :)

I love this event. Yes it's challenging - but it really doesn't require constant time at the keyboard, which is nice. We can build many, many plume pools, which I love and wish we could keep, so that harvesting every three hours is not necessary. The seaweed graphic is a little unexciting. I personally like the 8 hour crop, as I do work long days and I do like to sleep. I like the new rating system. The prizes for this are phenomenal. Yes, there's a lot involved in getting them - but they are super prizes. Thanks BP, for listening to your players. In a perfect world we would get a known rare tree or animal, as in the last couple of events - but personally I like the mystery aspect of waiting for things to harvest, and even if I don't love what it is, I love the mechanism. So for me, this event is a big win!

I'm having fun so really that's the bottom line for me as to if it's a good event or not. :)

I like the plume pools as well and I really like the amount of BEP they give along with the two manures. The seaweed is a bit lackluster but hey it's not like it's attractive in real life either so not sure how that could have been done any differently. The event is very challenging but there are good prizes as well so that is a good thing. I like the way Baha is used for this event with the animal and mill use being there and the crops on the main farm area.

I like the challenge, and since there is no other requirements needed only the event related items, makes this event a favorite, it is only the tools to build the plume pools but that also is not much and we have the choice to build the quantity according to our capabilities, and that is another point counted, so over all it is challenging, it is exciting and it is very good, I like this event.

This is quite a challenge and enjoyable too, having to work out when to donate, when to mill, etc. I do think that the requirements are pretty high (crops and drops) and I don't know if I could do it if I was working. I have struck lucky and am not working at all during this event. I am a little disappointed that there are no stars but I think the prizes are very, very good. Thumbs up from me overall. :)

Edit: Forgot to say how beautiful the Plume Pools are! Wish they were staying. :inlove:

Nowhere near doing this. At least 400 drops short at the end (need 650 right now with 48 hours to go). Have harvested and used every minute overnight. Could easily have completed if the drops had been reasonable. 4 year player - very disappointing.

Another 4 yr player, got cac and 1x1 fields, long crops for drops, done everything I should to be able to finish. Done levels 2,3 and almost 4 but won't have enough time to finish level 1, so won't have everything for the cloud row.. This is definitely the most difficult event I've ever attempted. Probably could have done it if I was able to spend real money, so I'm left feeling a bit marginalised. Maybe this is the way Farmerama is going!

Just read that it doesn't finish til 10th, I thought it was 9th. So maybe I will finidh after all.

This is definitely a challenging event, but the prizes are nice for the effort. The only issue I'm having is with my own schedule, and even still I'm pretty sure I will be able to finish the event (with no real money spent.) The sea plume pens are nice, and I appreciate that they give manure and decent BEP.

I have been sighing for a hard event and was so thrilled about this one. Must say that it wasn't as hard as I thought..... but fun anyway:).

    Likes:
The one thing I like the most about this event is the use of baha (the plumes and the milling). The bep from the plumes are terrific and I keep on producing them though I'm done with the event. Usually there is no ep profit in producing event stuff compared to normal farming when you are high level player. It's also great that the plumes give 2 manure.

    The rewards.

The graphic of the plume pools.

    Dislikes:
Hmm besides the graphic of the seaweed which I find a little dull I don't think there are any:)

This has been the most Challenging Event I have Ever Done. It was not easy to Grow 490 Sea Plumes but they did give good Bahm EP. Plume Feed did not take long to mill.

It was Tough getting 1450 Sea Salt, But We did get a better drop rate using Crops. But it is strange to get Poorer Drop Rate using Animal and Production and Jumbo Trees. Seaweed crop Graphics was not that impressive.

But Lovely Rewards of Party Spins, Tree Seeding and Mystery Wonder Stables and Cloud Row with EP Givers. Plus Power Feed Over all Like this Event. :)

Not an easy event. Not sure the cloud row is worth the effort but still... Thanks for the rewards and "free" stuff that I worked hard for :p
