I have a question about the trees: When we win the upgrades can we put them straight on the field? i.e. they will come with the base as well? I know this isn't the FAQs, but I thought someone might be able to remember what happened in previous events. I am guessing we can put them straight on, because there are more upgrades than bases in the rewards.

Edit - I just recounted and there are 12 trees and 9 upgrades, so maybe we do need the bases.

 

No, I think you need that bases first. There are in total 12 bases, 6 XL upgrades and 3 XXL upgrades in the rewards, so that should be fine

 

Teddy has announced a correction to the FAQ , you get 4 Corkboards from each milling of 1 Paint Palette and 4 Cork .
Guess this now will pretty much change people`s mind of how much they are willing to do .

Well 27 is certainly more palatable than 105. (sorry could not resist the pun)

Still I'm looking at the prizes and what I would have to do to get them and I'm still thinking I'm just going for the trees. Having to raise or purchase that many riding lessons and paint pallets just does not make this a good investment for me. Much better to raise and sell the few I'm able to.

 

Now I will also skip level 2 diamond, so I only need 12 riding lessons!

The trees only take 12 hours, so six of them should be enough

Edit: With Suzy's super grow 2 trees would be enough, but I want three bases for the XXL trees

 

I will try to get the cloud row and the item. I don't want to use so many PF for all the other rewards.

So what you are talking about doing is all the silver levels, the gold for L2 and gold, and diamond for L5? That would get you 6 base trees, 1 XL and 3 XXL plus the dartboard 2x1. If you end up doing the math on that would you mind posting it?

I was out but with the correction on paint palettes now I guess I'm back in!!! At least I'll do enough to get the trees and upgrades.

Well, all I can say is I'm pleased I checked in here before selling ALL my paint palettes! To be honest I feel a bit disgruntled about the mistake in the event FAQ's because I'd started selling some of the stuff I had got together for this event due to the fact I had decided only to bother with a couple of tasks, enough to get me a couple of trees. If I had put all my related stock on the market and then seen this update on the requirements I would've been extremely annoyed! It's too late for me to take stock of things as I have to go to bed so now I will have to look at the event in more detail tmr after work (when the event will have already been running a few hours ....not a happy Fifi

 

So, there I was earlier shouting from the roof tops that BP DID NOT have me this time. Where were those meetings again?
