Thank you Ariel RL is what is hard to keep up with right now and that's why I am tired and cannot seem to concentrate and remember things here for the farms. Now that the cuckoos are permanent quests, I can work on them later but next month it will be geese so this was an optimal time since I only really wanted to get some trees in case we needed them for a future event or quest. Maybe a nap will help clear the cobwebs away...

 

Finished on both farms this morning and was working on the last of the special cuckoo FSQs since. Just a few Punkoos away from completing the Cloud Row on both farms.

Also had a head slap moment when I was buying Moustachios in the Market and carried on clicking while hubby was showing me some cute pics on his PC - DOH! My million CCs went down to less that 50k! And I didn't really need the Moustachios!

I got down to the bare bones on PF but I kept finding little caches in FSQs and, of course, on the Summer Gift bonus! Still got a bit left but that will keep till we all go Goose Crazy in the not so distant future! Maybe then we can finish those last cuckoos, Pnp?

I know how you feel though Pups, I wanted to finish them today but the weather was so glorious, I put the Motels way and went for a nice long bike ride and left the farm to its own devices!

Hope you all got/get some good skips (nothing extra special for either of my farms but I had a great time ... as usual with breeding events!).

 

Finished today - decided to do the whole thing because ... well, because my FOCD demanded it!

I need my potatoes, goats and turkeys for M6.

I hate to sell them and begin my work on M6 again and again.

But they have to go.

My community needs them.

 

Oh lord... the old M6 quest? Glad I finished that one long ago and when the M6 drops stopped!

 

I might just have enough M6 coins. Maybe.

The speckled goats were already gift wrapped for a special occasion. I guess this is it. So Happy Holidays.

 

Well it is official - I have FOCD - I finished the quest just minutes before the end of BBD. Did one last breeding of a few animals to get enough to finish breeding quests and that was that...no more breeding. Now a much needed rest...until the next event.

 

did what i set out for, just the trees. used rest of bbd to sell on the market. was hoping to make millions but it just didnt pan out. next time.

 

Much to my amazement (and a lot of market selling and buying), I completed this event! My first cloud row will be waiting when I finally get my 3 Hungry Bats! (I already got my Flaming Steer from the Tree of Wisdom. He is in a pen in my park for now.)

 

I finished on my main farm to my surprise. Unfortunately, RL did not let me use the BBD effectively. Well, there is always next time.

 

I was worried i wasnt going to finish on time since it is fathers day and had things to do. i thought the event ended tomorrow morning and that i just finished in the nick of time. I was really surprised to see that we have 4 days left.. I guess that will teach me to pay attention better.

That' s exactly why I don't play my other 2 farms unless it is very easy or absolutely necessary. Your mind gets stressed keeping track of all things.

 

I'm happy to read that all had such a pleasant Event! Sounds like it was a really good one for most, like it should be!

I got back from my festivities late last night, a bit worse for wear but as every Midsummer - it is pure magic and well worth it. Started the Event about 2 hours ago and the way skips are going (mind it is not BB) I'll be done in the next hour. Thanks all for reports on your progress and best of luck!

12ss12 I only play in this farm now. I only wanted to get all the gifts in some other farms but I forgot to open a few coconuts.
I still haven't finished this event because I need corks.

 

In My Honest Opinion... The Skips were nothing to write home to mother about!
I rarely saw a great skip and I played with over 500PF. BBDs have been disappointing to me of late.

 

I understand . I too want to get all the gifts and so far I have logged into all my farms. Its a little troublesome. In one event I wanted to get the mystery stables in my other farm. I delivered half of the requirements and I was under the impression that I have finished the quest. But when the quest was over I found out I did not complete the stage even though I had all the requirements. I was somewhat sad but I do not feel it anymore. It will pass don't feel for it.

Have you tried putting some turbo-mulch & suzy super grow on the trees ? Any way don't worry. There is still 2 more days left.

 

I use both turbo-mulch(it is the first time I use it) and suzy super grow because I only have 2 trees. I don't rush to finish early.

I only did a bit of this event, just to get the trees and harv helper coupons. I had a great time selling on the market though! Was nice to be on 'the other side' for once and it was lovely to not be glued to the PC every morning and night! This was the first event in a long time that I wasn't bothered about doing and it's reminded me that me that I don't have to do every event. And after some of the more recent CR's that give great EP/BEP and the CAC I don't feel so worried about not getting every CR.
