Morning!

I did open my coconut on the 20th, but yesterday when I went to open the 21st it seemed like I didn't .

Obviously I didn't check in the barn that I had received the 25x Suzy's supergrow because it always happens automatically.

Could you please take a look at my account and tell me what happened?

PS: In my other secondary farms I have that coconut opened.

Hello escalonilla,

Please be so kind and check the following statement regarding these issues - the Team has investigated the locked coconuts issue and explained that this is not possible. I have checked your logs and there are no Suzy's Super Grow booked to your account either, I am sorry.
