I think people want to be able to get all the prizes. When you have computer problems or do not have access to a computer for a day you not only miss that day's prize, you miss the weekly prize and the main event prize. Although people don't want to pay the bonus buck to unlock it and would prefer it was free they would be willing to pay at the end to have access to the prizes.

 

I completely agree with you. I was trying really to catch everyday prizes, but this week I was on a vacation with scarce WiFi, so I missed yesterdays prize and the final one of course. It would be great if there would be a chance to buy with BBs possibility to open rotten coconuts. If there is anybody else thinking the same, please post it, so there might be a chance to complete this otherwise splendid Summer Give away ... Cheers!

 

The lack of any allowance for a person to have something happen in real life and make up for a missed coconut has really been turning me away from this game. I have played it daily and as often as I could for over 5 years and I have certainly lost my desire to be a completionist and am on the way to loosing any desire to even play. I really don't care if I continue this event as I can't finish because I missed 1 coconut. The prizes have been mediocre so far and all I was really in for was the cloud row. I really don't care about doing any events right now.

 

I am less bothered by the folks who are not able to log in than by the number of people, such as myself, who HAVE logged in, but have still for various reasons not been able to collect a coconut. The limit is to encourage people to log in -- OK, but with so many chances for issues, it would be nice if those of us who can show we have absolutely logged in, played (even made purchases on other things) could still collect at least the big prize.

Since it is a free extra, and not something we bought, we really cannot truly complain. Just saying that you would be more effective in your goal if you did offer alternatives.

 

This summer Giveaway Event is spectacular.... and granted I log in every morning and again when I get home from work.... I have to wait until much later to log in again and collect my gift in the coconut!! If I didn't log in that many times in a day I wouldn't excel in the game, so I don't mind that I have to wait for a certain time to collect it.... and of course I am only speaking for myself and my life style. I think its a brilliant event and I for one am very grateful for the wonderful prizes that have been granted. Thank you BigPoint for giving us this event. I don't know if everyone gets the same prizes daily, but mine are fantastic.... Thank You!

 

I would have liked if there was a way to open missed coconuts but still is a very nice event. It is generous of the BP.

The cloud row is very nice with the baha ep, but I had to chuckle when I saw you need a 2x1 for it... Hope I win an extra from the fishing event.
Please make it possible for people to go on vacation or just make a mistake and be able to come back and open up their coconuts they missed. It causes a great amount of frustration and unhappiness for people to not be able to fix their errors or just go have fun for a week and come back and open their coconuts then.

Thank You BP for the gift event. I agree with other people , It would be very very nice if we could buy an un-opened coconut with BBs. Sucks for people who missed just one because life got hectic.

Thank You Farmerama team for starting the summer off with a bang. The presents have been awesome and very useful during this marathon of a month. The graphics are awesome, as always (that little sloth is the cutest). I love this game and the people who make it possible. Cheers!

 

Thank you BP for giving us this lovely event. It was delightful to come home every day from work and having that to look forward to... I love my prizes and I appreciate your generosity. I do feel bad for those who weren't able to log in daily because of life events and/or tragedies.

 

My Final Conclusion about the Coconut Summer Giveaway Event:

I am totally frustrated with it. Although the daily gifts are nice to get, the punishment of not being able to get the main gift after even just misssing ONE coconut..... that is nasty.

I missed the very first coconut by a few minutes, and therefore missed that day's prize, the end of the week prize AND the main prize.

BAD decision. I will never again take part in a 30 day giving event... or at least I won't try hard again to open every single thing, as once you've missed one, you can forget it.

EVERY single time, BP manages to somehow get the disappointment in there too. In my opinion totally unnecessary, as the main prize could have been earned by opening as little as half of them.
