BlackCaviar It happen to me I use Premium Lure only to Win a Premium Lure only to use it again end up wining a Minnow LOL It Just shows what can Happen. I have Made 20 Lure on My Mill I had some goes to Catch some Fish !!!

I did Manage to get Three Golden Trouts Catches 1st was 4 Golden Bananas, there other Two was 5 x Lyra Wonder Stables Twice. As I was hoping to get Givers for the Cloud Row. 4 Golden Bananas is worth lots of Bahm EP anyway. I got 6 Golden Bananas so far unlock a couple of Silver Boxes From Rainbow Trouts. I leave 1 Lure in my Barn. To Build up next round of lure to mill but need to build up some Gummy Worms for Next lot of Normal Lures. If I was you fellow farmers stick to Normal Lures.

I will try keep reaping Lure Feathers and Gummy Worms to Make as many normal Lures as Possible. Bhodho please do not give up just yet. I have not got any Cloud Givers at All not even a Pond Monster. I Just have to keep Trying. Otherwise have to get the remaining Cloud Givers and next Barter and Gift Event. Do Trade with those who got surplus ones.

Is is also just as Frustrating to those who got quiet a few of the same EP Givers such as Pond Monster !!!

Those Golden Bananas Have Perked Me up a Bit as I just have to used my FOCD to keep at it so my perseverance pays off eventually

 

Finally my cloud row is done - the pond monster finally appeared after the threat of the dogs and I'm only using normal lure showing you can do it! Now if I could get another pond monster because their BEP is great.

 

I have 2 pond monsters and just got a Best Friends - the cloud row being full would be nice, but at the moment mine are on shipwreck because they really do give great BEP - golden bananas are on their way!

 

All this fixin up "broke lures" to feed the animals is getting to be tiresome. I never imagined what it was like sellin stuff by the handful. Feed sales are good but this handful business is no good.

I need a keg of red punch after this.

Keep the cloud row, I da want any memory of this. This sellin is like growin junks.

I've tried to follow, sifting through and tweaked my strategy but at this point I have to admit I'm rubbish at fishing. What interested me the most was the advantage, if any, of using Premium lures - and from what I've gathered there's no positive points whatsoever.

I've made 5 Premium Lures of which one gave me a Gold fish, the rest nothing to write home about. I've made something like 60 Normal Lures (bought a basket which is a first for me..BP's strategy is working) and got some really nice prizes: enough BEP to level from 227 to 229 = mega loads of BEP, 10-15 Secret Stables and Trees, 10 GBs and two of the Ep-givers. If I could just get that last Ep-giver I would be as happy as a pig in ****.

Except for the cloud row, the golden fish have only given me EP. The other fish gave EP/BEP, turbo mulch several times and stables once. The fish must hate me.

Fishing fun is the one I need!! I got 1 Best Friends and 4 Pond Monsters ...but I can't seem to get a Fishing Fun!!

I just fishing & catch 3 gold fish continuous
But !!! they give me 2 pond monsters continuously!!!

I think its not place where your moving circle lands finally (after the click)which decides the catch. But the place where the moving circle is at the moment when you click which decides the catch. At the moment in which you click if the moving circle is exactly on top of the stationery circle you will get golden, a little away you get rainbow and so on. After passing the stationery circle the moving circle may come to a stand still at any place. That doesn't decide. I tried it my farms. But I am not an accurate clicker. So I am not able to get gold/rainbow very often.

May be someone can check and confirm observation whether its true or not.

YES !!! YEAH HOORAY At Last Got Several Golden Trouts From Normal Lures. I Finally got Pond Monster, Fishin Fun then Best Friends. Items i need for Cloud is now complete I got spare Pond Monster will go on my shipwreck as it gives good Bahm EP. I Also got Two More Golden Bananas too plus 250,000 BAHM EP my Second one.

Anything Else I get is a Bonus Still got some more Normal Lures to Make until the End of This Event

 

Later for the fishing. Just more trashy stuff. And more junk CAC and thousands of Baha EP.

I am completely convinced many do not know how to use their Mill. When I found cat feed at over 2200 and no offers for hours I knew for sure.

I must say I have not enjoyed this event as much as other events of this type. It is so hit and miss with getting the drops (except the machine parts). And the fish....seems like it's almost on a loop where you will get a couple of good ones and then the minnows invade you. I do have the CR and 2 items, still need the pond master which I thought would be the easiest one to get bc you can get it from 3 of the boxes. Wrong!!! Just don't like the idea of looking at an empty CR And I think it's ridiculous that we should have to cross our fingers that we can get a missing giver during G&T. Hope the next one is better Congrats to those who have completed the CR and best of luck to those still trying

Rewards:
1 CR + 1 sticker + 1 Pond Monster + 1 Fishin' Fun + other goodies.

In the next 28 hours, I will be aiming for 1 Best Friends (CR item). It will be rewarding from a Golden Box (catching golden trout) or a Bronze Box (catching bass). Who knows when I could catch it!
Although I'm not going to get it, I'm not going to complain. I'm grateful caused none of the goods from the barn for donated during this event.

That lots of Fish you Caught SillyGuy lol, I Hope you do get that Best Friend Giver Before This Event Ends still just over 27 Hours to Go.

My Latest Strategy is to Reap as Many Lure Feathers from My Stables as I can. The Reason is You can Boost your Drops of Gummy Worms and Machine Parts using Supergrow + Chestnut Cloud Row + Fruit Cake + White Innocent using Refinement of SG Love of Either Roses or Organic Cotton. Using Comfort Fields and Supergrow you can Reap either Roses or Organic Cotton instantly.

I waited until Valentine Pots and Cheese Ball run out in the Buffs. Then Put out Comfort Fields in the Glade all 40 of them Filled them with Organic Cotton. Then Supergrow and Watered these Organic Cotton. Got 40 Machine Parts and 40 Gummy Worms each time did this 5 Times.

As you cannot Speed up Stables as quick as using Comfort Fields and Supergrow. You Could but would need loads of Power feeds this way. I will try get Two Harvest of Stables done today then put out Carnations make sure they are ready to harvest an 1 hour Before Event Ends so that I can Mill some last mins Normal Lures and do some Fishing Last Mins lol. I have used 200 Supergrow so far. As I hardly use Supergrow on normal crops unless i am nuking Event Crops or use supergrow on Spooky Crops

Tip Make Normal Lure, then Try land the Moving Ring as near as possible of the Stationery Ring, or try land Ring on Top of other ring. Just Keep Trying some of them turns out to be Golden Trout Catch. Do not waste Reasources on Making Premium Lures ok.

I hope those who are seeking items to complete the cloud row, just try your best if you you can always get them at next barter and Gift Event.

I gave up on the premium lours a while ago ..... so i just made up a batch of normal ones ... and woooooooohooooooooooo completed my cloud row!!! at last .....i have 6 of the sea monster .... two of gone fishin and 1 little best friends! now till close of the event its all gravy!

 

Thanks to you, Mooboy, for providing the practice fishing link in Grapevine. It helps me a lot to exercise a perfect catch.
Unfortunately, I caught a lot of fish and did a lot of the perfect catch, but not all gave better fish. LOL.

Same as usual strategy, I planted crops on all plots on main fields with carnations and on all plots on baha field with gingers on the day before the event was going live. Ate 2 CACs and activated 3 CRs (2 CRs that improving the chance of drop items/tools and 1 Flowers CR) before harvesting. Under the influence of Flowers CR buff for 24 hours, I still planted "Flowers" crops category with watering + manure (I prefer to plant Lady's Bedstraw (with refinements) for some reasons and also to plant some flowers of raw materials for making Valentine Pots). Before Flower CR ran out, once again I planted carnations with refinements, watering, and manure. Next day, ate 1 CAC, harvesting, and continued to plant 6-12 hourish crops, until CAC ran out. Total planting : around 2.5 days. It provides me loads of Gummy Worm.

Then, switched all plots on main fields with 15-26 hourish animal stalls and on baha field with panda stalls. I always ate Valentine Pot and Cheese Ball/Eggnog and also activated CR that shortening 5% of animal producing time, before feeding the animal stalls and watering the stalls. The best reason to use the CR is to shorten the longest animal producing time (saving/cutting a lot of producing time), not the mid or short time one. Kept eating Valentine Pot + Cheese Ball/Eggnog before feeding 6-10 hourish animal stalls on daylight. Switched again with 15-26 hourish animal stalls and watering when overnight. I still do it until now.

I made few premium baits (perhaps 5 baits, I really can not remember) and the rests are normal baits. Almost made a perfect catch each time, but not all gave better fish. But making 10 million CCs from market. Got'cha big catch !!

Right now, I have loads of Lure Feather but run out of Gummy Worm. I'm going to switch again planting carnations when overnight later (Flowers CR is ready for actions for the 2nd time). Perhaps I'll make 20++ normal baits tomorrow before this event ends. Wish me luck!
