    PINK LAMINGTONS

    1 packet raspberry jelly
    1¼ cups boiling water
    300g store-bought sponge cake
    2 cups desiccated coconut

    Mix jelly crystals with boiling water and dissolve... Put in fridge to cool, but not long enough to set.
    Cut sponge into cubes
    Round up apprentice cooks and be prepared to make a mess
    Pour liquid jelly into a shallow dish and coat All sides and roll in the coconut. Leave to set. (<..........this long............>)

    Alternative flavour : melt chocolate and thin with hot water until you get a thin mixture
    As above, but no finger licking till finished (well don't let anyone see)
    Serve as is, or with whipped cream...

    I'm up to 4 PINK pens now and am thoroughly in awe of the amazing pictures of you high ranking club members. But hey we all have to start somewhere. ;)

    Prince David, I'm wondering if your packet of jelly translates to gelatin in American. Based on the instructions I'm guessing it does. They look amazing but I think I might substitute strawberry gelatin instead. (raspberry :wuerg:) Must try though sound yummy!

    Behold my lovely new pink goat! Didn't get my second candy goat, but got a great skip to a Punkoo, which allowed me to get this stable from Cuckoo for Cuckoos! Total is now three pinks, though I humbly aspire to achieve the greatness of our Pink Highnesses!

    [​IMG] Oh Oh Oh!!!!! I got me a pink goose!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't post a pic yet as my fields need another hour before I can place it. But I will once I can..... It's up there in the corner now. Yay!

    Thanks everyone! As soon as I finished the breeding event I kept going until I had the level to make it. Come this weekends BBD I'll try my best to get the pink luggage but I'm not seeing that happening as I'm running out of PF. My neighbors may see me break down and buy some during the PF sale. Haven't decided yet as I try to make my own.

    @pepsishot, Congrats you have a Pink that I don't have!!!:music: That Pink Goose pen is what I'm working towards plus a Pink Carpet factory, just need one more Pink animal for each. Getting close though!:D
    @Willow, Great picture, this makes three Pink pens for you right?
