dhazzerr, how did you convert this as ASCII to text? I tried and the ASCII codes 32 and below are not text.

 

To convert hex to text, the numbers 41-59 correspond to capital letters A-Y and the letter Z is 5A. Lower case letters a-y are 61-79, and 7A is z. The numbers 0-9 in hex are 30-39.

In the second puzzle last two words are translated from German and you get two English words. Even though they are correct english words, I cannot make out what they denote. So there is a decryption in that too Some one has to make it out.

 

This year I have to make a choice which subjects I should study. I don't know yet what I will choose but it is a very important decision because I will have to write exams to the subjects I will choose so I can go to a university. I will have to choose either subjects like Maths, Physics and Chemistry or subjects like Greek, Ancient Greek, Latin and History.

I have never understood this event & it only comes about once a year I keep forgetting. I have looked through this thread & I saw only one person who asked how to get dust & splinters. So I am asking again....are they created or only to purchase?????? And if only purchase can I use coins or only BB????

 

Hi mjc - the FAQ states you can purchase the dust and splinters from the store for BB. With three days of gathering batteries before the event starts, you may find you are in good shape for this event. Good luck!
