Τwo Season Chalices

Howdy Farmers. All of my baby farms have 2 Season Chalices, which is completely normal since they are active only on the last two seasons. However, my main (γατούλα2005) have only one Chalice, which is unfair because I only get one EP Crate per day. Why haven't I a second Chalice too?

 

I was wondering the same thing at the beginning of the Season. I re-read the FAQ several times and noticed this:

Season Cup:
The Basic Season Chalice will be booked once, to all players who log in any time during any of the Seasons during 2022. Earn upgrades during each Season of 2022.

I took it to mean that we receive only one Season Chalice per year, but can get upgrades if we complete enough levels.
As a newbie, I put all my buffs are in the Park area of my farm to save space for trees/crops/critters. It's getting quite crowded in the Park!

You can only have one of each base item each year. There was the Season Trophy in 2019, then the Season Cup in 2020, the Season Goblet in 2021 and now the Season Chalice in 2022. Each month of the year, you can earn upgrades for the yearly base item.

Just logged in on my said baby account. My memory is correct. I have two IDENTICAL Basic Chalices and I get 2 EP Crates when I harvest them both. If you tell me how to post pictures in the Forum, I can send you a screenshot to prove my point. I logged in after some days of inactivity and I got a message I won a Basic Chalice. This has happened to almost all my baby farms on the same day (3-4 days ago), but not on my basic farm where I need them the most.

Also, I had withdrawn from the game in the period of 2018-2022 (January) so there is no way I got the first Chalice in 2021. I clearly remember earning the Basic Chalice in all of my farms (basic and secondaries) back in January 2022. I have even upgraded it in my basic farm.

How did that happen? Is it a bug? Is it even fair? Has anyone else experienced this phenomenon?

I also thought of that. But things seem to not work that way. I have upgraded my Chalice once already. But my baby accounts all got a SECOND chalice, which translates in two EP Crates per day.

 

If you will post the game ID # for the accounts you have that have a 2nd chalice, we can investigate what has happened.

 

Since it's probably a useful bug, I really shouldn't keep you busy with this stuff. You have a lot of work to do on the Forum and in-game. I just wanted to know if my main farm was problematic, but now I know it's completely normal to have one Chalice only.

I'm sorry but we need to check your baby accounts. We have to let the Team know of the bug so they can fix it. You can't keep a 'useful bug' as it isn't fair game play and disrupts the balancing of the game.

Please provide your game ID# for those affected accounts so we can pass it along to the team.
