    Hello-

    Yesterday, I could not get my 2nd day without paying 10 BBs so I waited for the fix today.
    Today, I thought I read on the forums that if you clicked the 2nd day you would not be charged the 10 BBs but when I clicked the 2nd day, I was charged 10 BBs. Will you be able to refund those BBs to me please?

    Hello possum13,

    The glitch with the 2nd pumpkin was fixed over 12 hrs ago. It was only whilst the pumpkin was glitched that you could buy it it without it taking any BB's. Today is the time to open the 3rd present.
    You can try contacting Support to see if they can assist you.
