    I cannot find the 3rd upgrade, It's not showing up in the village shop under pets. Am I looking in the wrong place?

    thanks for trying to help but that doesn't tell me where I find the "special sale". It's not showing up in the usual places. either on my main farm - codyj or my little farm.
