99% Load Rainforest

For the last couple of days my rainforest will only load to 99% so I've been unable to harvest anything there. There are just the same four (4) spots not loading and I think it is a tiger pen if that helps.

Anything you do to help sort it would be very appreciated.

Hello SimBoo,

I had no problems when loading your Rainforest. Have you checked to make sure your Flash player is up to date. Also have you allowed enough storage on your Flash player.
I have cleared your user cache. Did this help?

Thank you for your help but unfortunately the problem remains. Flash player is up to date and plenty of storage so remains a mystery. It's just that one stable which will not load that seems to be causing the trouble. Of course I cannot delete it until I can load 100%

 

Have you cleared your Browser cache and cookies and also cleared the Flash cache to see if that helps.

Thanks for the suggestion and yes Browser cache, cookies and Flash cache all cleared. Flash player up to date. Still only able to load to 99% so I'm unable to do anything at all in the rainforest. It refuses to load the same stable each time. Is there any way the stable between the monkeys and pandas on bottom left side can be deleted on your end of things shooger.sweet? I'm thinking it may load then as that is the only one not showing up.

 

I have cleared the cache at our end and was able to enter your rainforest OK now.
All your stables seem OK and ready for harvest.
I'm uncertain as to exactly what pen you are referring to, is it the peanut butter factory?
if you still have problems let me know and I'll be happy to delete it for you

I can't tell what the stable causing the problem (not loading) is as it only presents as a continually swirling flower. If you look at it like a graph position using the banana trees on the edge I can give you the position and would be so appreciative if you would please delete it for me. From bottom row left side ---the fifth banana tree across ... then equal with 4 banana trees up is the position of the culprit. It lays next to the monkeys and above the pandas, oh my goodness I think I just created RPS ... rainforest positioning system ! Thank you for your help Neon-Lights

That was indeed your peanut butter factory. I harvested it and deleted it for you. You also had a few plots that had turned to weeds, I've also cleared them. Hopefully you can now get access again.

 

Yaay I am a very happy farmer with my rainforest working once again! That did the trick. 100% loading. in time for the new event. Thank you to you all for helping to solve my problem you are all just wonderful!
