    I got the first Quest on Thursday and completed it.
    I have yet to see Friday's Quest. It is 4:30 PM (16:30) US Central Time.
    What time should the quest be available?
    Google says 7am my time, but it hasn't shown up.

    I am also US Central Time. My quest showed at 7am as planned, so something is amiss.

    Sorry.
    Try a reboot/reload?

    Were you perhaps logged into the game prior to the event start time of 14:00 CET? When you are already in the game before an event starts, you must refresh your browser for the event to show up. You can access the event quest from the event timer, news page, Farmer's Society building or directly from Baha when you click on the event Metronome.

    After reloading the game, do you see the event?

    I logged in and out many times today. I never refresh my browser. That was not in the instructions.

    If you are logged into the Game when an event/sale starts, refresh or logging out and back in is always required to see the newly added content.
