about comic #7 step 3 question

    I did not able to understand in comic #7 for step 3 did count the old workshops, exactly what are they I did not able to differentiate what is old workshops and which workshops will be countable? If any one pl help me. Is there the egg farms, truffle farms, paint factories, feather collectors, shearing sheds are countable or not?
