is it unlock 4 slot for 1st managerie by shop or managerie tree wisdom.

I'm not sure I understand your question. Could you clearly state your question if I have made an error.

When you receive your menagerie from either the Tree of Wisdom or with BB you will have 4 slots open to place 4 stables or pens in.

To open further slots you will need to complete 'The Menagerie' FSQ to get blueprints for the upgrade.

if i buy menagerie from shop, to get 4 slot unlock i must complete menagerie 1 quest right, then to unlock 4 slot in menagerie from tree wisdom, what quest must be completed

Thank you for the clarification.

When you place your menagerie on a field you will have four slots to automatically place for stables. You do not have to complete a FSQ to do this. The second menagerie you purchase works the same way.

If you want to open another 2 slots for the menageries you will have to complete some levels of 'The Menagerie' FSQ to receive the blueprints that are needed for the upgrade. When you complete the entire FSQ you will have 24 Menagerie blueprints to upgrade with. This will permit you to upgrade and use open all the slots for one menagerie or open some slots for two menageries. To obtain enough Menagerie blueprints for all the upgrades you will need to complete 'The Menagerie', 'The Baha Menagerie' or the new 'The Menagerie II' FSQ.
