    Hello,
    I bought both retro packages and placed the Halloween ones on the proper clouds but when I went to put up the Xmas ones, low and behold, I have no cloud row for them. Don't understand. Please explain. Thank you for your time.

    Well, I just discovered I can put the 3 that I bought, Frosty Fountain, Surf's Up, and Slip and Slide on another cloud so I guess it doesn't matter now. Still would like to know if a cloud row was suppose to show up or not?!?! Thanks.

    i also bought three cloud rows and I've only found one..... this new system will take some getting use to... its very confusing and where are all my cloud rows? I want it back the way it was please....

    The Winter row of clouds will be listed in the "other buffs" row (cloud with ?).

    Have you managed to locate it? Can I assist you further?

    I have gone through all my cloud rows and I have one for Christmas 2013 but not one for the ones I bought. Still need help.
