Accepted Neighbour Doesn't Being Added

Hello

I accepted a neighbour request last night, however it didn't get added. I should have plenty of space. The farmer sending says they didn't change their mind. I've tried the web browser, reloads, it does not show.

Clearly something has gone wrong somewhere. Can you please check ? My ID is in my signature.

Hello Moraine,

It appears that there is an old account with the same name as yours but just all lower case. The neighbor invitation went there. Instead of the neighbor inviting you, please send an invitation to them and have them accept your invitation.

Ahhhhh, that could be my very first farm which I lost the email for. Anyway. Last night it popped up at my account, so first time it should have been okay. I did see the accept window, and I did accept.

I've sent an invitation from my end as you suggested, so should be fine. If not I will open a new ticket.

I'm sorry but I do not know what could have happened to the first invitation. If you accepted it, it should have still been there. I can't see what previously happened.

The Game Team has resolved the issue with the old account so you should be able to receive neighbor invitations from now on.
