Account Deletion

Hi,

In another thread a moderator had mentioned that there could be farms with the same name and that this usually happens when an account is deleted.
My first question, What length of time is allowed before an account is deleted due to inactivity?

My second question, If an account is deleted and another account is opened using the same name, lets say by a new player, what happens to that new players account (farm) when the deleted one, with the same name is reinstated?

I am elated, that after contacting support, my farm is now up and running without any glitches! Not at all planning to let this farm become inactive, it has grown on me.

I am just curious, I did no think to ask support these questions.
I do not mean to be a bother, I'm just trying to understand.
Any information would be appreciated! Thanks!

Before an account becomes inactive depends on many factors: How often they logged in/time spent on farm, etc.
If a player wanted a deleted account reinstated, they would of course have to choose another username.

I can understand about the activity level being a factor in the decision whether or not an account should be deleted.
Would there be any kind of notification prior to deletion, such as an e-mail being sent?


If I am understanding your response correctly, then there really isn't such a thing, account reinstatement that is. In choosing another username you are then creating a new account, correct? Unless of course, this only applies in the cases where duplicate usernames exist.
If a deleted account wished to be reinstated, assuming the username for that deleted account had not been duplicated. Would the reinstatement then be possible?
