    Please send me a link through email so i can complete payment or cancel the order which i placed. Bigpoint says i have to make the payment manually. I have updated my account. Please assist me. I do not know why my account was blocked. i tried emailing bigpoint to explain my situation but keep getting reply that i cannot send more than one ticket. This is ridiculous!!!!!!! I would like a link to payment options so i can complete the payment and please unsuspend my account!!!!!!!!!! I pay by credit card, why can't a link to the credit card page be opened?

    Payment support can only be contacted once for a transaction. There is no need to submit more than a ticket at a time. If your payment ticket is closed and a resolution is not found, the general support can be contacted by filling in the form and selecting 'Game problem' instead of the Payment issues.

    Sadly there is nothing we can do when it comes to payment matters, everything related to payments and real money is out of our help zone. I wish you the best of luck with your support inquiries, I hope this is cleared out very soon.

    Just want to say to all tiageorge farm friends that my account is still suspended but i am still around. Hopefully the matter is fixed soon:)) Happy farming everyone and enjoy your events:))
