    Hi Shooger,
    Billie asked me to attach a screenshot of the ID listed at the bottom of her screen as proof but it wont attach for me. I am looking at the screenshot now and it is what she wrote ID: 56443854
    The other ID in her post is of her friend (ID: 56082023) who sent her Sigilaria tree yesterday.
    Support has told her not to contact them again with false claims so she said it is very important you know this IS her account number that is displayed on the bottom of her game.
    She said she thinks there is an error in her account as there are other glitches as well where people can send her more than 1 gift a day so maybe it is actually a technical error. She wanted me to stress she is not a dishonest person and only contacted support about the bb's from days 9 and 10 of the Christmas calendar because we told her to if she wasn't sure if she was charged/refunded when we read this information on the forum.

    PS I am helping her at the hospital and will not be able to post again for her this weekend.

    Hello Bernie,

    I can tell the Sigilaria tree sent was to a different ID# than the one supplied. It may be possible that there are accounts with the same name. Please ask them to contact Support using this link and Supply their ID# when doing so.
