    Hi,
    I am posting this for my friend Billie, she is having account issues. Her emails don't get through to support and her forum post is not displaying.

    Can you please help me I think my account has an error.
    Many of my neighbours cannot send me toolboxes and get the message my level is "too low". Another neighbour said my account flashed red on their neighbour list even though I play everyday. Some of my friends said in Unity my level says level 3 but I am level 80.
    I contacted support but I could not find their reply. There is a message not to contact again but to wait for the reply.
    I cleared my cache, played on different browsers and even on different computers in a public hospital computer but nothing changed. I asked my friends to delete me and add me again as their neighbour. I tried to test it by opening a new account to check the email works ok as suggested but it didn't help.
    On the 8th and 9th of December I could not log in at times, when I got in the gift box would not open even though I clicked on it several times. Sometimes I would click on it and it would log me out until I gave up. This happened on this account and my testing account. My friends complained they had trouble as well and had been charged. I had not missed opening any other days so I didn't know if it charged me or not. My friends told me don't worry I would get the BBs automatically refunded with a script if they had been charged. Then my friends said there is a message on the forum the script would not run so we need to contact support if we had trouble opening the gifts. I got this reply:

    I was upset when I got this email. I log into Farmerama almost everyday. I have had a lot of problems recently. I have an Apple Mac computer and cannot play in Unity or the Standalone Client. I am not trying to make false claims. I am just trying to play the game to have fun. I make mistakes and get confused but I am still learning and I am not deliberately making false claims. I would never do that. I could not tell if BBs had been charged or not. And I was told not to worry it would be automatically refunded with a script if I had been and then that I needed to contact support.

    Yesterday one of my neighbours sent me a Sigilaria tree but I never received it. I think there is an error with my account. I am too scared to contact the in game support in case they say it is a false claim again. I can give my friends ID who sent me the tree if you need it as proof. I just need to ask her if she minds me posting it here first.
    Please check my account for me and pass on to the the customer service team I did not deliberately make false claims I am just trying to do my best to play. I am not trying to do the wrong thing.

    EDIT: My friend's account number is ID: 56082023. She said she sent to yesterday about 14 hours ago. She said to write she is new too so maybe she sent it wrong.

    Hello Bernie,

    We are looking into this and the Original Poster and their post will be addressed as soon as we have further news regarding their account.

    The ID# supplied does not match the Original Posters ID# of their original post, so that may be the cause of their problem. They need to check the correct ID# is supplied for the Farm they need checked.
