Hi, I was playing the game through a site but I think the agreement between the site and the game is over. how do I get back to my account on the site?

Was the website, by any chance, the Bigpoint portal, featuring all the games developed by Bigpoint, along with other supported games? The portal looked like this, but it was shut down a few months ago:

If it was the Bigpoint portal, and you remember your account's username, please use the forgotten password feature to set a direct login into the game. Instructions can be found in this guide.

If it was not the Bigpoint portal but a different partner site, please be so kind to contact our support team with more details. Make sure you include any information you have about the website, along with as many details as you have about your account - e-mail address used, username, level, approximate date the account was created and last accessed. Please do not provide such information through the forum, since they should stay private.
