Aces High - Strategy Thread

I'm almost finished with the 3rd race, I've only doubled up on GB's so far but I'm planning on a few more. I'm only using 3 fields for growing so I'm not behind on drops but on crops at this point. Still I don't see a problem with finishing.

I just completed race 4!! I waited until today to start racing...but blew it and only got 1 of the 1st giver. I wait until I can do many of the mini game in events. Why? Because I get so into them but if I can only have 1 go and then have to go back and grow hours of event crop and wait for drops it becomes frustrating. So I prefer to do it all in 1 day.
I still need a few hundred fuel cans....so will probably finish late tomorrow. I've put my farm back together and am hoping for more drops from trees, animal pens and reg. crops!

I am going at a slow pace with this event. I just finished the first race and part way thru I realized the rewards weren't matching up Generally I write the events faq's in a notebook and had only copied first 2 races (thank goodness) It appears they got flipped around after I wrote those down At least we can put any Ghost Eerie trees out tomorrow to see what we have won Way to go!! for those who have finished. Guess I better get on the ball or runway

 

Haven't flown yet - Still going through the pre flight checklist and waiting for ground to give me clearance to taxi.

Following Moraine's Flightplan crops are a little over half way and drops should be finished tomorrow.

For once I've drawn up a detailed plan, and then - whatdayaknow - it's based on false assumptions. Thrilled Ecstatic

But on the bright side I did save it on my computer so it should be possible and relative quick to do it all over again. (no not really, it took a while, but let's pretend)

So I haven't milled a thing, just went totally into gruff mode. Plant, water, watch plants grow, harvest, plant, water, watch... harvest. I've got the rhythm, so I am on track to the sky.

 

Sorry again. It seems like I may have messed some of you up. I am dealing with multiple compressed fractures in my back and the brain was having trouble functioning through the pain. Best of luck to all of you and safe landings at the finish line.

I finished the final race, doubled all the GB's and the silver leaf tree and just took the basics on everything else. Put out my stables and trees so we'll see what happens.

On the last race, been zig zagging all over the place and doubling up on a regular basis, so using lots of fuel. Poor Suzie hasn't had both wings on the stick the entire event. Will probably be gone all day tomorrow, so will put out long crops in morning, then finish off crops Monday. Congrats to those finished, and good luck to those still flying the friendly skies!

 

About half-way along race five, there is a 'tropical EP' with no number in front.... It is only one EP !! I just doubled it to '2'!!! What a waste of a double !

 

Whaat? I've just started milling and the race 5 has a glitch? tell me more....

I'm pretty sure I was in the bottom lane at that point of that race from going for doubling the FCs... either way, whichever lane I was in I have no idea if I was rewarded the correct EP/TEP for that step or not .

5 races as I took my time as Faq was incorrect so I adapted according so I can get most of the double prizes Just love getting super prizes lots

Really enjoyed this event very much the prizes were better than the CR It saved me loads of BB in terms what you get out of this event I wish there was more races to do lol

 

zoom zoom zoom! All done on both farms. Got wheel bonuses and the drops were plentiful using long term crops overnight...so finished the last race on both farms last night. And this is in spite of screwing up on the other farm and milling a dozen of the blue fuels - so that farm got doubles on lots of rewards - two silver leaf trees for sure! Now to see what the wonderments give...

 

I am messing with the prizes by not changing the lane or changing to wrong lane etc., Due to busy RL Schedule not able to concentrate. I have completed 4 races. So I think I will finish. I missed the erie wonder trees due to lack of concentration. But somehow got the farm machinery coupouns. So I think I will survive
