    Ads coming up continually during game with moving animations. When graphic quality set to high computer crashes Cannot play carnival queen with graphic quality high. Impossible to play this game

    Hello Brian,

    Ads are removed once you have made a first purchase. You can try using a Ad blocker to see if that helps. You should also clear your browser cache and cookies.
    Are you playing on a browser or on the downloadable client? Do you use windows or Mac?
